Busy and good

quick staff but very busy for lunch. Good menu and great dock atmosphere. Glad we stopped to eat. We will return when we visit Ocracoke again. Variety on the menu with plenty of non sea food items, if you have a mixed palette group.

We rode the ferry (GREAT!), rode golf carts around the island, (FANTASTIC!) & ate at Jolly Roger's. (WONDERFUL!) & LOVE the t-shirts we bought there! Three pelicans came & sat on the dock-posts. The food was so good, service was too. Wouldn't change a thing! Gotta get back there asap!

Service was good, but food wasn't that great and very small portions for what you pay! Still hungry after eating

This restaurant has the Best food & desserts of All. They have the Best slaw I've ever eaten. It gets alittle crowded at Lunch & Dinner, but if you order take-out about an hour earlier you can avoid that and get faster service.

Took a ride over on the ferry and looked for a place to eat. This was not too busy and on the water. Enjoyed the location. The food was good. Service was a little slow to start but caught up. I'm not sure I would go back but it was a pleasant place to sit, relax, watch the world and... More

Stopped by on 9/15/2014 for lunch. Nice view and the service was very good (almost too quick) they took away our food the second we were finished. Tuna sandwich was very tasty.

This was the worst experience in Ocracoke thus far. We arrived and waited and waited... Several staff members saw us, but never acknowledged us. Clearly, they did not want us there. We got up and left. I agree with the previous reviewer: go to sMac Nally's down the road!

Very nice waiters but horrible service and time service. We waited over 45 minutes just to get our drinks when it was not crowded. Just skip the place.. Not worth it...

We ate at the Jolly Roger three times during our 5 night stay in Ocracoke. The open air seating is fantastic. Food is very good; especially the Fish Tacos. This is a very popular restaurant and often busy but you can get a good table later in the afternoon

This year they have expanded to include seating in the former fish cleaning station. The seating area on the dock is a superb idea and a great location. Until we found out, after sitting for 10 minutes, that this area is not served by the wait staff. Who is the brainchild behind this idea! You have to walk back to... More
