More about the atmosphere.

The food was just ok - its more about the atmosphere, what you would expect out of a bar. I thought $5 per beer was a bit too much, considering the Flying Melon sells them for $4.

After eating a delicious crabmeat and shrimp dip with homemade warm crackers, we enjoyed a nice cold pitcher of beer followed by the most delicious crab legs. I even learned how to get to the meat the easiest and fastest way! Price was mediocre, the service was fantastic! We later enjoyed the view atop the pub while enjoying a(nother) glass... More

A longtime fixture on Ocracoke with good food and service. The Outer Banks Chowder was a bit lacking, but overall not a bad place to stop.

Good drinks and great oysters and shrimp. Not a fancy place- cone as you are. Plenty of nice seating and cool AC. We came straight from the beach. I enjoyed my first ever Oyster Shooter and my Top Shelf Margarita. See my pics for more.

We were coming in from the beach, hungry and tired, when we stopped at this pub. We both loved it, the best raw oysters I've had at the OBX, accompanied by a pitcher of porter beer. So good.! My dining partner then had a NC style burger topper with slaw to suit his ravenous appetite and foodie ways. I was... More

We just stopped in for an afternoon light snack since breakfast was eaten late. Had hush puppies and shrimp/crab dip with pitta chips. Dip was lacking on flavor, pitta chips appeared homemade and were delicious. They need a better recepie for their hush puppies. They were small and tasteless. No complaints about the service. Maybe we just chose the wrong... More

This was our 5th annual Man-Cation to the OBX and this is always our Friday night trip we look forward to the awesome food and the oysters are Amazing!!! But for the last three years there has been a jazz band playing on Fridays. While they play really well I'd rather hear my jazz in an elevator not in a... More
