Great pub fare, and incredible fresh sea food. Awesome atmosphere - great family fun. A must see on Ocracoke Island. Be sure to try the Buffalo shrimp and the blackened tuna Caesar salad.

We enjoyed our food here at this local restaurant and bar hangout. Service was good and they served typical fare but what we had was good. Big place alot of people there when we visited.

It has been a few years since we have visited our favorite place on earth, but this is definitely a must visit when on Ocracoke Island. The beer selection alone is well worth stopping in, just to SEE the list. And the food is good too!

Howard's is a landmark to be seen! The selections of beers on tap are what Heaven must be like! The food is good, not too greasy which I like. I have always had great service when in town and really love the whole vibe of Howard's!

A visit to Ocracoke is not complete without a visit to Howard's! Just a great all around burger and beer place with good food and very interesting people! Stop in and enjoy the locals and tourists.

Food continues to be average, used to be the go to place, now its a commercial establishment that doesnt excel at anything but atmosphere and souvenirs. OK sandies, reasonabel fish, good for kids, you can do better, much better.

Had the best evening eating Raw Bar, had three plates of it, the environment was great and the staff was friendly. An amazing place to be at, this was my third time this year. Every time it gets to feel more like a home. Great prices and Great Food. A MUST DO WHILE ON OCRACOKE

Just dropped in for dinner on the way down the outer banks. Good range of beer and wine, nice staff. Food fairly standard fare but well prepared and resaonably priced.

This was my second trip to Ocracoke and my second visit to Howard's. The atmosphere is great and so is the food. You can't go wrong here, but I suggest getting there during the "season" to get a larger selection.
