This will undoubtably be the finest gourmet Mexican food you will ever have, and I used to live in Mexico City!

Don't let the fact that this is a taco stand fool you. The food is great and service is too. From fish tacos to mexican tacos, this place has it going on.

We located Eduardo's across the street from where we were staying, we found the prices to be more than reasonable for the gigantic portions you receive. You will without a doubt leave with more than enough food, and it is every bit as good as any previous review has stated. Eduardo also gave out free samples of what he was... More

We love Mexico and its food, as well as Cal-Mex and Tex-Mex in the States, and Eduardo's is as good as it gets. Rich fresh flavors, balanced ingredients, and every dish satisfies. It's crazy, but I look forward to my best Mexican fix on Ocracoke, where fish and chips should reign supreme. It's just a food truck in a parking... More

So we were in a hurry to make the ferry and stopped here and got food to go, and then planned on eating it on the boat. Got the tropical tacos and wow, were they fantastic. Seriously, as good as any I've had anywhere. I would bet that everything on the menu is made with as much care and flavor.... More

I think the real deal---never having been to Mexico. Massive burritos (I had the shrimp--perfectly done). Tasty tacos. I had the pastor which I hadn't seen at a taco stand before (pork-a bit overdone IMO-pineapple) mango salsa and fresh pico. Made from scratch, well suported by return clientele

My wife and I were there mid February. There was very little open on the island and we love that quietness. We asked around about good food options. This place kept popping up. It's a trailer! Now, you got to get past that as this is a diamond in the rough. The food was a 10. Generous enough for me... More

OMG. I was so hesitant when the innkeepers told us to check out Eduardo's Taco Stand. This guy operates out of a truck along side the road. Well, we rode our bikes to the beach and on our way, stopped by Eduardo's to make sure he would still be open when we returned because we didn't want to miss out... More

I'm SO glad that Eduardo's truck was still open despite my post-season, first-ever visit to Ocracoke. I love fine dining and a nice ambience. But finding fantastic, creative, fresh, flavorful food at low prices from a food truck is as enjoyable as any fine dining experience, in my book. I had a vegetarian tostada and taco, and both were fantastic.... More
