very friendly staff -- great sandwiches and candy inventory priced right, coldest beverages around. Top off your day with an ice cream cone -- single scoop is plenty

I have been going to Sweet Tooth on Ocracoke for many years and I've never been disappointed. During my last visit on the island I stopped by Sweet Tooth and grabbed some treats for the ferry ride and the long trip home. Chocolate cake was awesome and all of their candy is fresh. Wish I could get some shipped to... More

I always make it a point to visit them every trip to get some fudge. I love the atomosphere with so many delectable confectionary choices. It's also a good place to find fresh fruit. Now that they're further out HWY 12, it takes alittle longer on the bike, but worth it!

Darlene at the Sweet Tooth was a dream come true. We hosted 30 friends and family on the island, and had the Sweet Tooth make a cake and catered breakfast for us. Everything was ready on time, presented beautifully, and we received so many compliments on how delicious everything was. We also stopped by for lunch a few times, and... More

We got sandwiches for the beach and, as always, they did not disappoint. Everything is made to order and the sandwiches are generously filled. We got two meals out of our sandwiches. The lemon blueberry pound cake was also delicious. I wish I remembered to call ahead as they do get lots of phone orders so there can be a... More

I love sweets & especially like some of the fudge shops in nags head area, however when we went here on an ocracoke trip had a very unpleasant experience. The overall attitude of the worker or owner was shown through their rude expressions, but even though a smile could have helped it would Not make up for a tiny bug... More

We love stopping in to see Darlene and buying her homemade shrimp and tuna salads with some crackers for the beach. The salted caramel brulee is a bonus too.

We called in to pick up breakfast to take to the 9:30 ferry to Swan Quarter. Egg biscuits were great and coffee and pastries were tasty. Fair prices, good food and efficient service. It was nice to have food, along for boat ride and Sweet Tooth was a lucky choice for us.
