Cinelli's is a little gem pleasantly discovered behind Sloane's Realty located on the causeway. Having visited Ocean Isle Beach for a number of years and enjoyed it immensely, Cinelli's is a wonderful way to end a day at the beach. Cinelli's is a great restaurant at bottom of bridge going in to ocean isle. Definitely not limited to Italian food, but great pizza and extensive seafood menu. Didn't expect beautiful view and deck overlooking intercoastal waterway off back. Wish we would have gone sooner in the week so we could have tried a second time. more
