Great little place for lunch!

Stopped here for lunch and it lives up to its hype as a fun place to visit and have lunch. Hubby had the pulled pork sandwich and I enjoyed a chicken salad sandwich. Service was very pleasant. Prices good. But what's best about Cow Cafe is the ice cream. I had the KEY LIME and it was wonderful... read more

This place has done of the greatest ice cream. A bonus is that this is also the 1st place I took my wife when we first started dating. So thank you for the homemade ice cream and more importantly the memories!

Absolutely must stop location in New Bern! You may be full From dinner but one look at the selection of ice cream that's made in house and you will be adding about 15 minutes to your walk back to the hotel! Great selection and flavor!! Love this spot!

After hearing rave reviews for their ice cream, I decided to combine the tasty treat with lunch. Big mistake! Chose a salad with chicken. Meat was ice cold and probably something that could have been purchased in the refrigerated/frozen section of a grocery store. Plastic ware, paper plates, kitschy bovine décor. Ice cream was tasty and many flavors to chose... More

We stopped by to have a light supper and a treat. The food we had was very good and super fast even though it was made to order. The best part was saving room for desert, the ice cream was super creamy and tasted great. I had the oooey gooey cow pooey, order that with a straight face.

My family and I have been there several times. The kids really enjoy it. It is a little expensive for Ice cream and they don't always have the flavors you would like, but the Ice cream is good.

I took some motorcycle friends up to the Cow Cafe for ice cream. We also had a late lunch as well. This is a great place for some "Gooey Cow Poo-ye" Ice Cream. We had a good time looking at how they make ice cream and seeing all the COWS.

Not only great Ice Cream, they also sell sandwiches and such and although I only go for the Ice Cream I see lot's of folks with the food and smiles on their faces. Of course the train running along the ceiling and the moving cow in the window helos also. Plus a large play room in back for kids.
