Great decor, crowded with people, wide selection of flavors. I was so anxious to dig into my double scoop. Meh, did not meet my expectations. Tasted store bought, nothing special.

We enjoyed a visit to the Cow Cafe one evening where my daughter delighted in sampling several different flavors. The staff is very patient and accommodating. We were so happy with our purple cow and sugared walnut ice cream selections! The cafe is adorable, but it's even better to take your ice cream for a stroll around the adorable neighborhood... More

This little café is a little pricey, but it served its purpose at the moment. We enjoyed some good desserts after a long day out:} We would go again!

Locally made ice cream in a fun family environment. Lots of cow themed gifts and hot fresh popcorn. Just about a block away from the center of downtown. Makes for a nice desert stroll after a meal.

This is a cute little shop in downtown New Bern. The homemade ice cream is creamy and SO good! I've also had the quesadillas and they were okay for some finger food or snack, but nothing great. Kids also have a great play area in the back of the shop. But, go for the ice cream!

The ice cream is the best I have eaten. Well, maybe the Purple Octupus at Siesta Key. They are pretty close in delicious and creamy ice cream. The service was fast and professional.

Locally made ice cream. Several different flavors and friendly staff behind the counter. Skip the desert at the restaurant and take a walk over here for a great after meal treat. I visited with friends, and two of us had ice cream while the other two had milkshakes. We were all happy.

While this charming little downtown shop offers lunch items, we were attracted to the homemade ice cream with varied flavors to choose from. We enjoyed the praline pecan and mint chocolate chip and liked the fact that they put the hot fudge on first so it doesn't drip!

Great ice cream and not pricey but the girl behind the counter I'd have to say was not the brightest bulb in the box asked for sugar cone instead if saying we don't have those she put it in a regular cone when we asked her about it she looked dazed and confused really do u know the difference?
