Food was fine, waitress was competent but humorless, but our major problem was with Mulligan's policy of limiting two checks to a party. They advertise that they cater to large parties, but this policy of only two checks really put a damper (and added an extra 20 minutes) to our dinner. Nothing special, but nothing bad. Decent food and great spot for little kids. Fried fish sandwich was tasty, but over done, hamburger arrived rare instead of medium and the stew was runny .. BUT ... everything was patable. more

Had lunch during a recent visit to Nags Head. The menu was good enough to satisfy our group of 6. Burgers, Shrimp, Nachos and Soup were all very good. Prices were fair. Service was excellent. The bill with tip was $105; good price for 6 people! more
