Went out with a group. Seating was good, not crammed like some places. There are booths, tables, and bar tables(the high ones). Staff was pleasant and accommodating and all worked well together, no one standing around idle. Food arrived promptly and was enjoyable. Tuna with crab, Ceasar salad... read more

The food and service were great. The waitress was amazing. The atmosphere was lively, but you could still carry on a conversation. Would definitely do this place again. The cost was a little high on some items but very low on others so it all balanced out.

We decided shrimp and grits were the plan for dinner and set out to find a close restaurant that would fit the bill. We decided to get it to go and ordered from the bar. The wine selection was great and we ordered shrimp and grits along with shrimp and sausage jambalaya. Both were outstanding! We even made a stop... More

Four of us had dinner here on a busy Friday night. We were told an hour wait but were seated in 20 minutes or less. Bar service was fairly quick and efficient. Our server was very attentive even though she was covering tables and the bar. All of our food was very good especially the rockfish special. The only disappointment... More

We sat at the bar and service was awesome. Drinks were amazing and we tried local rum and beer. Steamed the shrimp right in front of us. Even sold me the dipping sauce I fell in love with for the shrimp. Went back a few times already this week. A must stop

We ate here late one night while on vacation. It was after 8 pm when we arrived and the restaurant was sold out of a few entrees which was no surprise. Our waitress was Fenton and she was very pleasant and attentive. I had the fish and chips; a large portion and very delicious! My wife had a seafood pasta... More

Decent fare in a large, loud setting. Good as a taphouse, with a large variety of craft and premium brews. Best for the bar scene. However, not the best for a dining experience. Loud music, video screens playing loops of sport casts, noisier kitchen heard by all.

Nice pub feel dining room and quick service. Had the steamed seafood combination, and the shrimp and clams were good. We were not as thrilled with crab legs and shrimp mac & cheese, but compared to a lot of bad seafood that you find in OBX, it was fine. Enjoyed local beers on tap.

I live in the Outer Banks and frequent Red Drum often for lunch and, occasionally, for dinner. I'm not a seafood lover, however, so I can only say that others have enjoyed those selections very much. For me, it's the excellent hamburgers—one of the best on the beach. There's a bar within the eating area and a separate game room,... More

Stopped here for lunch and I got the fish burrito and the missus got the chicken sandwich. Both were very good. The waitress was very sweet and forgot our appetizer but the food came out so quick we didn't mind. She even said it would be on the house but we would never do that, as friendly as she was... More
