We stopped here on a Sat morning, just after a 12 hr drive. This place was jammed packed.! we only waited 15 min to get seated. The wait staff is ON IT! Got served as soon as we sat down. Coffee is delish. We all ordered breakfast, served very quickly, given the crowd. The sausage gravy was the best. They... More

Tables and chairs typical of 1950's-1960's. Typical cafe/diner fare, plus a few seafood dishes (you are at the beach after all). Fast service. Breakfast and lunch only.

The breakfast here is great. You can actually see the cooks preparing your food, and man, are they fast!!! It is very clean inside and the staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. It is very inexpensive here, and the portions are large. I got blueberry pancakes that were as big as my plate, and they tasted homemade (not out of... More

We had a wonderful breakfast here in the beginning of June. This was probably the quickest service I ever had. The staff was friendly and courteous. I would absolutely return here and recommend to anyone.

Visited twice during our 10-day OBX vacation. Good food and quick, pleasant service. Good place for a variety of tastes. Shrimp and grits were terrific as was the Greek omelette.

When we arrived, we found a huge waiting list, but because we had a smaller party, "Retta" the manager, took us right to a table. Our server was "Jennilea" and she was very friendly, courteous & we received our food in minutes...and they were slammed with customers!! Food was prepared very well, hot & tasty. We came back a 2nd... More

They are only open Breakfast & Lunch, but as far as I'm concerned they are all about Breakfast. Big Breakfasts. Most of us order eggs and grits, but the... More
