I needed a salad after eating ice cream, hushpuppies, fries, etc. for several days. The southwest chicken salad was great. They offer box lunches to go, hot and cold sandwiches, as well as breakfast items which are served all day. They are now open for dinner most nights.

Thank you to the gracious staff at Cafe Lachine for a wonderful birthday dinner this weekend! Our group enjoyed delicious food and was warmly welcomed to a great space for an intimate dinner. Then service was great, the food outstanding and the atmosphere was comfortable and cozy. Would highly recommend when in Nags Head!

Lunch experience was wonderful. Had the chicken salad sandwich. Delicious. Loved it. Service was excellent. Owners take great pride in their work. Comfortable, casual atmosphere.

Great, healthy lunch choices, like sandwiches on a variety of breads with some Specials including toppings like guacamole on turkey with pepperjack cheese, or pesto on grilled chicken. They also have good coffees. It was hard to decide what to order, with so many good, interesting choices!
