I like my coffee hot and black. My wife is a lot more particular. We just traveled from MD to NYC/Brooklyn for the weekend and there are LOTS of coffee shops there. One of my wife's comments after hitting 3 of them over the w/e was was that there are 2 places on the east coast that are her favorites... More

Stopped in for a coffee on the way to Jockey's Ridge. Barista greeted us then gave us a short rundown of the place! They roast their coffees in the shop and have many different choices, from a basic Americano to what they call "Froo Froo" drinks :) Mine was excellent. Definite stop for coffee lovers in the OBX

We stopped in looking for breakfast. Lots of coffee and tea choices and hot chocolate and fruit smoothies. Food was basically muffins, bagels, and cookies. Fruit smoothie tasted like flavored ice, not blended fruit. Muffins were good, not great. We did enjoy eating our snack in comfy chairs with a very friendly dog.

I've been to the number of coffee shops in the Outer Banks, and this certainly sits atop the list. This place has such a friendly beachy atmosphere (a couple of blocks from the shore) and inside is filled with gorgeous art work from local artists. The staff were super nice and the wifi here is fast in comparison to other... More

This place is a MUST if you visit the Outer Banks and you are a coffee lover. The staff is friendly, accommodating and the atmosphere is funky and laid back. Their coffee is exceptional and their blueberry muffins are the BEST I've had in a long time. If you want to enjoy your morning brew in their comfy chairs, you... More

We come to the Outer Banks every year and I look forward to my afternoon trips to Morning View for coffee. The coffee beans are roasted in house and the drinks are made fresh. Iced coffee is a staple and they do it well.

This is another great coffee spot I discovered while planning my daughter's wedding. Atlantic Cakes suggested meeting here to sample their wares. The quality and selection of coffees is pretty expansive without being overwhelming. The staff is cool and upbeat and they don't look at weird if you order a medium instead of a venti. The cozy lounge area has... More

We LOVED this place...the atmosphere is fun, relaxing and comfortable. The coffee and goodies were delicious, the staff were very friendly and efficient. They sell things from coffee producing countries - fair trade items, and some proceeds go towards helping people in those countries. That is a HUGE plus to my family because it seems that their mission was more... More
