I have reviewed this restaurant sometime back but had the opportunity to eat there again last week. I was very happy to experience the same level of dining enjoyment. The price point of the entrees were very much in line, the food was excellent. My wife had the bourbon chicken and I had the trout. Ambiance very nice, request a... More

I recently ate at Shoe Booties with my parents while we were on vacation in Murphy NC. We went on Friday night and each of us had their baby back rib special which was simply fantastic. The lobster bisque soup was very tasty, excellent cheese bread followed by the Ribs which had the most meat of any baby backs I... More

Had a wonderful time there. The gentleman playing guitar was really good and only loud enough to enjoy without making conversation impossible. Food was excellent. And staff was very friendly. Will go back many times while here

I own a home in murphy and have to say my recent dinner there was one of the best. Crab cakes were delish and my dining partners had a great steak and salmon. There is also a nice area upstairs to eat as well in the bar area. Nice house wine and everything very reasonably priced!

One of my favorite local restaurants. The Strawberry Salad with grilled chicken is great. I also love the turkey Reuben and pecan crusted chicken. The atmosphere is nice and they have great service most of the time. Occasionally there is a long wait on weekends. We have had several family parties here and each time, had great service.

We ate there yesterday for lunch and arrived just before the bulk of the lunch crowd started showing up. I can only post what I experienced yesterday and I feel that this place could be # 1 in Murphy but I did not see that yesterday at all. The Pros: My wife said that the Quiche of the Day was... More

I heard about this place on Trip Advisor. We got there at 1:30 so there was no wait, but it was still busy inside. Lotsa sandwiches at reasonable prices. We had Cuban sandwiches which were just as good as the ones in Tampa. Waitress was a sweetie.

My wife and I travel to Murphy North Carolina every year. One of the places we really enjoy is Shoe Booties Cafe located on Main Street. This restaurant is not fancy but serves some of the best food you'll ever taste. This time my wife and I stopped for lunch and had their Soup and half a sandwich. We selected... More

I always make it a point to stop here whenever I'm headed through Murphy. It's a great little restaurant with good solid food. They are 2 minutes off the main highway so you owe it to yourself to take the turn off the main road to eat here. Their baked potato salad is the best potato salad in the world.... More
