Cool local place

A little pricey but great for locals. Very off the beaten path which is what makes it cool. Lots of heart here. Consider the chicken sandwich

The lottaburger can not be beat. They have crinkle cut fries too, which are a favorite in our house. This is not a fancy place, but when we want a burger and are not feeling up to doing it ourselves, this is our first thought.

food very good - reminds you of an old fashioned grill where hamburgers and hotdogs are delish!!!!! and delicious milkshakes as well - for those with a sweet tooth. also, a drive thru for your convenience but you have to call ahead to pick up - not a drive up and order drive thru.

I know, people are often turned off by the exterior but they're trying to maintain the nostalgia! BrightStar has been featured on Diner's Drive-ins and Dives! If you're new to the area, their Lotta-Burger/Lotta-burger with cheese is HIGHLY recommended. They also have shrimp, wings, pizza, A SALAD BAR (who has those these days?) with fresh home made dressings; and some... More

You order at the register and they call your number. The staff is family friendly, checkers and chess set up to keep the kids busy. Local radio station set up in the restaurant plays old time rock and roll. Nice place to relax with the family and see your neighborhood friends...

I stopped by for my first time yesterday 5-22-13, with two friend's who had been there before. I got the chuckwagon burger, food was very good, place was clean, and price's were in the ballpark. I will return with the wife very soon, oh, I almost forgot the great music, cruise-in's, and quick trip back to the 60's.---WW

A true "local" place - good atmosphere, great music, friendly staff. A decent salad bar and great iced tea!
