Mt Airy is a natural stopping point on our trips to take our kid to college but we've had some really bad meals. Finally decided to try this place based on reviews and it did NOT disappoint. Among the best burger anywhere. And I've had them everywhere from random diners and drive in's to NYC's Dumont Burger and Chicago's Au... More

Went here with some business colleagues and food was excellent. I had the Memphis ribs and they could've been eaten with a spoon. I ordered a side of the KC sauce to try and it was excellent as well. Most of the table had the original ribs with their secret recipe, and all of us came out with race reviews,... More

Every meal I've ever eaten at 13 Bones (and I've dined there quite a bit) is nothing less than delicious and wonderful. I dine in and order take-out frequently, and I'm always satisfied. The portions are large, food cooked perfectly, and the flavor is amazing. I love the blackened chicken salad, and the key lime cheesecake is my favorite dessert.... More

Staff was friendly and fast. Food was wonderful. I ordered a Ribeye steak which was hugh, the sweet potato was the best I 'v ever had. My husband had fish and shrimp, He loved them and he is a fussy fish eater. i tried the shrimp, they were wonderful, lightly breaded and a wonderful taste.

Consistently great place to eat. Great service and food. We've had several family get-togethers and a couple of Christmas gatherings with friends here. Always accommodating to large groups and never hear any complaints from the groups. We love it here.

We split a steak and ribs combo. The portions were generous and the service excellent. We loved the steak and ribs, they were perfectly prepared.

We found all the food here to be very tasty and the service was excellent even though it was only the server's fourth day. The one negative was that the kitchen brought out our entree immediately after our salads. Much too soon! Overall, a nice experience.

We went by a time or two and it was packed, so we put it off. Later on at a low volume time, we got in and it was apparent why so busy. It's really good food and reasonably priced with large portions. Very clean and friendly. The kitchen is behind glass so you can see how clean and fresh... More

I can't believe I haven't given 13 Bones a review before now. It is by far our favorite restaurant in this area and have to make ourselves try other restaurants so that we aren't there 3 times a week. The fried flounder has spoiled us, and we find that flounder anywhere else just doesn't measure up. The generous portion is... More

Lots of choices, good lunch menu and I came back for dinner. Locally-owned and better than the nearby chains.
