Seriously, do yourself a favor and start with dessert. Too often we eat a meal, thinking ahead to the desserts on the menu and talk ourselves out of them or don't have room left ... Go on! Splurge! Each time I've eaten at the Copper Pot I've had the house-made desserts ... hot fudge chocolate cake, cherry dump cake, blackberry... More

I wasn't particularly happy with my choice, but the others liked theirs. Grilled pork chops had too much black pepper as the primary seasoning. Mashed potatoes and cornbread were bland. Pintos excellent, proving the black pepper didn't kill my taste buds. Philly cheesesteak, club sandwich and pancakes rated excellent. Burger too done and dry. Grilled chicken salad rated high. Service... More

We were looking for a "sit down" restaurant after having been out doing the tourist thing all day. I found a couple of places that fit the bill of what we were looking for, actually looking at TripAdvisor as a guide. This place was rated good and reasonable in price too. The servers were good and very friendly. There are... More

Came to this restaurant based on the reviews at Trip Advisor and it was exactly as expected. Nothing fancy, but good solid food, lots of specials, good service, and amazingly low prices. if you want something a bit away from the tourist spots, you many want to check this out and eat where the locals do. Wow ~ it is... More

Found this little restaurant while out driving around, great food at great price. Staff was extremely friendly. We loved the decor and scripture on the walls.

We had traveled to Mt. Airy and stopped here on the way home. We found a beautifully decorated restaurant with very nice servers. The prices were reasonable, and our food was delicious. There was a bluegrass gospel band there playing that evening which made our meal special and provided a great coffee time afterwards. If only this place were close... More

Located along Highway 89, The Copper Pot is a family dining spot where the service is friendly, the food pretty good and reasonably priced, and the portions ample. We were there for lunch. My husband had the Philly cheese steak and I had a grilled cheese sandwich. We were well satisfied with our meal and would eat there again.

We were staying across the street at the Best Western hotel and ate here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Service was very good. Food was average. Grits were runny and the biscuits and gravy had more of a "flour" taste. Price was very reasonable.

Short driving distance from Interstate-77 Exit 100 and I-74 Exit 6. Closed on Sunday. We eat here often. The food and service is always great. Nice décor with a Christian and copper theme. We've been here as a couple and with a large group. We let them know ahead we would be coming with a large group. They had tables... More
