Went their for dinner on Satruday night. Head and shoulders above any other options in Mount Airy. Chef Wishart, formerly at Cross Creek Country Club, does a great job. Trio has only been open 4 weeks. Very nice menu and list of daily specials. EWell chsen and decently priced wine list. Celebrated my father's 96 birthday and we were not disappointed!! Very memorable evening.

Tuesday night deliciousness

Had the beet salad and scallop risotto for only 24 bucks as a combo chalk board special. Wow! Felt like it was my birthday. Went ahead and got the chocolate mousse and it was decadent. This place would have a line out the door in a larger city. Mount Airy is lucky to have them.

We love eating at Trios. It is our go-to place for special events or to make an event special. This must be the place where excellent wait staff goes to learn the best in the trade. They are friendly, service oriented people who have the gift of knowing just how much contact their guests need to feel welcomed and well... More

Delicious special of yellow fin tuna tacos with small salad. Pineapple relish was perfectly sweet and tangy. All fresh and delicious!

Great food and great sevice, what else can you ask for if in Mount Airy, NC don't go looking for a Pork chop sandwitch when you can have a 5 star meal in Mayberry, its not what you would think to find in a small town, Big city dishes and small town service and don't forget dessert the blue berry... My husband and I celebrated our anniversary last night with a wonderful meal. The food was great. Our kids had given us a $60 gift certificate and we had a restaurant certificate (coupon) that had been purchased online from Restaurant.com that we also wanted to use. Keep in mind that Trios is listed as being a restaurant honoring the purchased... More

Started with the shrimp spring rolls and they weren't particularly good. The steak was very good, if slightly under-cooked. They have a full bar, which is nice. Service was friendly. Atmosphere is nice.

As a resident of Mt. Airy and a lover of fine dining, I am thrilled to have Trio here. The food is fresh, local, and seasonal. The presentation is beautiful, and the dishes are creative. After dinner (or sometimes even lunch), I like to have a cocktail or 2 at the small, yet well equipped bar. Trio is always a... More

We stopped in Andy Griffith's hometown of Mount Airy, and had a fabulous dinner at Trio. My husband orders wild salmon as often as he can find it, and said it was the "best he's had in a long time." The carmelized onion and goat cheese tart was scrumptious, and the spinach salad was delicious. It was a great meal... More

A recent trip down the Blue Ridge Parkway brought us into the the Mt Airy area. Our Trip Advisor friends recommended a stop at Trio.....Thanks for the inviting reviews. We were not disappointed. This is a weekend hot spot for the area apparently. We had no reservations, and there were no available tables, but we were able to take advantage... More
