Pretty Good

We had not been here for 3 years so we wanted to try it again. It was pretty good. We loved the atmosphere and our server was great. We got a pizza which we liked but we wish the sauce was sweeter. The garlic knots are free and they were very solid. I think you get good value here and... read more

I'm relieved that the old Biaggis turned Luganos is keeping up the quality of food and service. I love the atmosphere in this venue. It feels like a very high end restaurant with mid level pricing. The half and half at lunch is amazing!

Lubrano's is a great neighborhood spot. The food is always good. The menu consists of most classic Italian dishes and all are very good. They have delicious pizza and calzones as well. The restaurant is often busy, especially on Friday and Saturday evenings, which impacts service, it can be very inconsistent. If you can get past that, you'll enjoy the... More

We tried this out of the way restaurant and was somewhat disappointed. We chose our meal from a price fix menu, which was limited. The caprese appetizer was the best with fresh, possibly homemade mozzarella. The tomatoes had little taste and were very pale. The remainder of the meal was mediocre at best. The house salad with house dressing and... More

Get the calamari - great appetizer! Also ordered the talapia which we really enjoyed, too. Sat in the bar - atmosphere was lively.

We tried Lubranos last night for the first time for takeout. We ordered a pizza, stromboli and a calzone. All were very good. The pizza was very good, crispy crust with a nice balance of cheese and a very nice sauce. The calzone and stromboli were equally delicious. The restaurant was pretty crowded for 3pm on a Saturday (always a... More

LOVE IT!!! The pizza is my favorite in the area! The crust is thin and crusty with the right amount of sauce and loads of cheese. I don't even have to order extra cheese!!! Garlic knots are always a comp with every meal. Very good!! The service has always been great and friendly. It's great to go back and have... More

I have been eating at Lubrano's since Paul opened over 10 years ago. I use to eat lunch here every Friday until my employer moved our location. Our family goes quite often. My favorite dish is chicken francese although any meal is a winner. My mother-in-law is 100% Italian and she said that Paul's sauce is exactly how her mom... More

Nice food, basic decent service. We had lots of vegetarian options- from Stromboli to pasta. I also tried some pizza and dough is very good. Place can use some basic furniture update and our server was worn out on not so busy Monday morning. May be he was overworked. But overall it was a good lunch date
