Traveling to Raleigh on business, dining as a female singleton for dinner, on a gorgeous night. I checked TripAdvisor. The recommendations looked strong for BabyMoon. I was treated with great respect. They were busy and very accommodating to find little ole me a nice outdoor table. Service was great; fresh bread and balsamic oil dip provide. I chose the basic... We were staying overnight in Raleigh/Morrisville before flying out. Not having much time to do research, we found Babymoon online. We were pleasantly surprised by the food although we found the portions slightly on the small side (might also have been the 3 hour drive we had before dinner!)

I did not dine in on this visit, but rather, picked up a takeout order (as I was staying in one of the hotels just down the road from the restaurant). I had a delicious margherita pizza; all ingredients tasted fresh. Would love to go back and dine in sometime on more traditional Italian fare.

I wasn't sure what to think of this place but it was convenient. I am so happy I walked in . The waiter recommended the lobster ravioli which was amazing. The dressing for the salad was fresh and home made. Actually, it was an excellent side salad. I comment on that because many restaurants lately provide iceberg lettuce and a... More

Babymoon is a well kept secret surprise in the RDU area. It is convenient to the airport and surrounding hotels which is great for travelers looking for something unique. The name of this restaurant sounded like an Asian restaurant before I ate there, but I couldn't have been more wrong. Italian is their specialty and I had the best lobster... More

With a quick overnight stay in a nearby hotel, we were looking for a restaurant with a good selection and something just a little different from local chain restaurants. We definitely found it at Babymoon Cafe. It offers outdoor seating or roomy tables inside under a twinkling star-like ceiling. Highly recommend the Vendura salad, Herb Crusted Chicken and Chicken Mulberry.

If you are hankering for Italian and happen to be nearby then Babymoon will do in a pinch. Large menu, but fairly uninspired food. They have pasta, salads, pizza, and a number of Italian entrees. They all are competently prepared, but again kind of blah in terms of presentation and overall food experience. I might rate it a bit higher... More

We dined here the night before flying out of RDU on a cross-country trip - I was originally unsure if the restaurant was child-friendly (I have a 2 yr old son), so I contacted the restaurant to ask for clarification. I received a response back immediately and was assured that children were more than welcome! Our dinner was great -... More

Attentive service, great food and reasonably priced. This little place is a bit of the main road but look for it. The food was fresh and delicious the service excellent! You won't be disappointed.
