Upon arrival at lunch time on a weekday, the restaurant was empty. That should have been a clue not to stay and eat. The food was uneven at best - despite the fact that our waitress sat and played on her phone, our order arrived slowly and one dish arrived 15 minutes after our first dishes - cold. I suspect... We've eaten here both during the week and on the weekend. On weekends they push the food around on carts. You're at the mercy of the waiter. It seems the good waiters ask what you want and then bring the items to you as soon as the cart emerges from the kitchen. If you wait for the cart, often the... More

This is a "real" Cantonese/Hong Kong style restaurant. Not the Americanized version, though of course, you'll find American style Chinese on the menu. There were 4 kinds of congee (rice porridge) which I love. The dim sum is delivered by the staff on rolling carts and you pick your dishes and they charge you by the number of dishes. Not... More

My husband and I were very happy to discover this place in Raleigh. We have enjoyed very good dim sum for a couple of years now. We were very disappointed with the quality of the food during our last visit. It seems that the place has a new owner. Unfortunately we won't go back. I'm Chinese and the quality of... More

Came here on a Saturday afternoon, at around 2pm. The place seemed deserted. Lots of waiters standing around, but with no customers, they were more interested in their cell phones... Menu is not huge, just one page, and you order by marking your selection on an order form. Food came out a couple at a time - I assume they... More

Their dim sum used to be one of the best in the Triangle area. After the new management and new chef, the dim sum could not come close to what it used to be. Very very disappointed.

I think their dim sum can be considered to be pretty good. The taste is close to my experience in Taiwan or Hong Kong. The restaurant is a little bit crowded at lunch on Sunday, but the waiting time was not too long. The waiter pushing the carts around can be a little bit annoying sometimes, seeming overly eager to... More

I live in Durham NC and visited the dim sum house for some dim sum. We made our reservation on a Sunday morning and when we arrived, the table is ready and we ordered different types of dim sum which tasted better than I expected. The environment is friendly, service is good, overall a nice experience.

Since I work in Raleigh, I go to Dim Sum House every weekend with my friends. The food there is fast(since it is Dim Sum) and most of them are nice. I would recommend the shrimp dumplings. Also note that they don't open on Tuesday.
