I have been to this restaurant several times since they opened earlier this year. It would seem that maintaining a decent level of service at a buffet would be somewhat easy, considering the primary duty of the wait staff is to refill drinks. Tied this restaurant yesterday for a lunch buffet. I normally do not do buffets but I had a client that wanted to go .I was totally surprised. The food was extremely fresh including the sushi, not greasy and a good price. Hope they keep up the good food. more
