I’ve been here on three occasions now and have had a good experience on each occasion. The wait staff is one of the friendliest that you will find in the town of Mooresville. The food portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. I’ve been here both of lunch and for dinner and the service is consistent for either experience.... More

If you are from a small New England town and are use to going to clam shacks and the such Joe's makes you feel back at home. I've had the whole belly clams twice since moving here to Mooresville and they have done a great job cooking them every time. That's the one thing i've missed since leaving Massachusetts 3... More

We ate at this restaurant on the advice of a friend. From beginning to the end we did not like the food. The service was okay with not too long a wait. We will not go back

We stopped here on our way from Charlotte to Statesville. The restaurant is located off of exit 36 on Rt. 77 in a retail plaza. My step-father who lives in Statesville, has been here numerous times, but this was the first time for me and my 12 year old daughter. My step-father had a burger and fries. My daughter had... More

While visiting the Lake Norman area to consider relocating there, friends took us to this amazing place. The food and service was great! The owners and staff make you feel like family. The fisherman stew must be tried...it's delicious. If visiting central NC, I recommend a stop at Joe Fish. Plus it's easy to find...right off exit 36 off Rt.... More

Had dinner with family and friends (6 of us) on Friday night. We live on the lake and regularly dine out and like to find new fun venues with good good and good service. Arrived near closing time yet we were warmly greeted and promptly seated in the crowded restaurant. Shortly thereafter we were offered a more roomy table that... More

We drove about 45 minutes from home to have lunch here, as we heard the seafood is prepared in the style of New England ("back home" for one of our friends). We arrived slightly before it was scheduled to open, and after a few minutes of friendly conversation with the owner, went in and proceeded to enjoy a fantastic meal... More

We were looking for seafood and discovered this restaurant on tripadvisor. This place is a "diamond in the rough". It is located in a little strip mall close to our hotel. We ordered Lobster Bisque for an appetizer and it was as good as any (including Charleston SC). I had the Haddock and Clams and they were done very well.... More

Best Ipswich clam bellies and fried oysters out side of New England I've ever eaten and actually better than some I've had even in Ipswich. The breading was light and crisp with not a drop of extra grease. There was no need for tartar or cocktail sauce the seafood was that good. The slaw was fresh and very good, the... More
