We ate pretty early on a Tuesday evening. It wasn't crowded and the service was very good and everyone was friendly. The food was good but not great. Carbonarra was to heavy on the cheese but acceptable. Others were having pizza that looked great but we didn't try there. For "real" Italian food, next time I'll drive to Durham.

I tried this dish for the first time, i paid $15 dollars they give you 2 pieces of very, very thin chicken breast AND very cheap INSTANT potatoes!!! This is a rip off!!! I will never go back

Located in downtown Mebane, Pomodoro offers your "typical" southern italian food. My husband really likes their red pasta sauce because it is done very simply. I usually get the vodka sauce which is pretty good. Their pizza is ok and they have some really good desserts depending on the day. Service is always very good and very attentive. I like... More

The place is small, and the food is decent. I've tried several things on the menu- the pizza being the worst (dough was very doughy and wet, toppings didn't seem fresh and it was overpriced for sure) and the chicken parm being the best (cooked well, pasta was great, etc). The biggest issue I have is the price for the... More

Only go here if the people I'm going out with want to. Pizza is ok. Guess I could get a salad if nothing else. Just not on the top of my favorites.

The pizza here is average for the area. We have been ordering here about 1-2 month on Fridays because of their special of Two-large (1 topping) pizzas for $16. Nothing to write home about, but I have had no complaints about the food.

The quality matches the price point and the service exceeds it. A very nice young man took care of us and even though he might not have known all there was to know about the large menu, he asked and did not snow us. We had a special order (we always do) that had the very Italian chef/owner at our... More

Great location in Historic Mebane. We love the food, especially the baked pasta. Excellent prices on take out pizza. Service is great & staff friendly. Prices very reasonable and servings large. Take the time to come to the quaint downtown Mebane if going to the Tanger Outlets, less than 4 min. drive off I-85 / 40.

We took my daughter here during parents weekend. After a month of school food, she was ready for a good meal. We got it at pomodoro. I had a dish that was chicken parm, tortellini alfredo and manicotti. They were all excellent, with the alfredo being slightly better than the red sauce. My wife had the eggplant parmigiana, again excellent.... More
