Great service! Some inconsistencies in quality of food.

We always get great service at this Carrabba's. Most of the food is excellent all of the time except the Sirloin Marsala. I usually love it, but the quality of the meat is inconsistent from one visit to the next. My other complaint is that if you want pasta alfredo instead of the garlic mashed... read more

We used them for a carry out catering order and were very pleased!! They provided a delicious meal, all the paper products, serving pieces, sterno and chafing dishes. Bill, the manager, personally helped with the order. Dinner made easy for a large high school cross country team at an away meet!! Thank you Carrabbas!

This place stumps me. It isn't Olive Garden or Buca and it actually looks Mexican. It's in an ugly location. The part I actually dislike is how little there is for me to eat for lunch. I can't eat seafood and it seems like everything else comes spicy. The menu is very limited for a place that serves tomato sauce,... More

Bread is very good. Food is typically chain italian with little variation between locations. Decent portions. Staff: attentive. Prices: kind of high for what you get served. Definitely not Gourmet Italian.

My family and I love Carrabbas and often choose to eat there any time there is one nearby. I almost always order the Rosa Maria so I know the proper way that it should be prepared. At this location, the sauce was totally tasteless and the cheese was melted on top (in a crispy layer) instead of stuffed inside. No... More

Very frequent patron of Carrabba's in a number of geographical areas. The one in Matthews is clearly one of their finest properties. We always sit at the bar to eat and the service is excellent, friendly, attentive, and efficient. The food preparation is really good as well. When you travel a lot, you see know a that you can rely... More

Typical Carrabba's....you get reasonable food at reasonable prices. We tried some of their "specials" ("half-moon ravioli" and chicken with cheeses) and it was good but not outstanding. Next time, I would stick with the standard entrees' Soups are always good; the dessert looked terrific but no room to try. This one is undergoing some renovation right now. It did look... More

We visit this restaurant often, in dining and curb side take out. The food is always good, well prepared and good price value. Good choices of appetizers, main courses and desserts. Great bar! Service is consistently good and restaurant well staffed. You are not rushed, checked on often and a very good experience with friends/family. The restaurant is clean, comfortable... More

Going to Carrabba's use to be a special treat because of the higher price. You can't leave there paying less than $50.00 for a family of three. That' not including the tip. We went there last night for a celebration but we were disappointed. It may be because we ordered from their "Amore Monday" menu. The waiter was VERY pleasant,... More
