We stopped in on our way out of town, and boy were we glad we did! Ordered the all you can eat family style breakfast and it was AMAZING!! Good home cooking, eggs, bacon, sausage, light as air biscuits with the best gravy I think I've ever had - fried apples, home fried potatoes, creamy grits. The first helping was... More

Our visit to Country Vittles was nothing exceptional, the food was medicore and the service was not very good. We had to ask for our bread that came with one of the meals, ordered a melt plate that did not come with fries like the menu stated, out of kid hamburgers so ordered a regular hamburger as substitute- no fries... We had an amazing breakfast at the Country Vittles last week. Staff was very nice, Serving was very nice, the breakfast was awesome, portions were relatively big. Coffee was good, too. It was a great value for money. The place had a great atmosphere too. I do recommend this place.

For the price you get what you pay for. Nice service, smelled like nursing home, poorest cheapest seating. Had eggs and bacon. It was ok. Poorest cheapest ingredients one could use. Eggs were almost tasteless, coffee tasted like paper filters, bacon was ok. If you want good breakfast go to Maggie Valley Restaurant and if they are closed for the... More

We stayed 2 nights so we ate 2 breakfasts there! VERY inexpensive and amazing food. We are from Texas so we are used to southern food and this was very good. We also really enjoyed the cookbooks that they sold at their location and for $5 can't beat it! Would definitely go back!
