Good food at a reasonable price

If you are really hungry, order the all you can eat family style meal and eat to your heart's content. We ordered breakfast off the menu (bacon and pancakes) and had plenty to eat for about $12 for two people. It fills up fast but tables opened up fairly quickly.

Not as good as we'd hoped. The fried chicken was overcooked and dry. The Country-Fried Steak was "good". The sides were good. Our waitress was GREAT. When we asked her what the "vegetable of the day" was, her response was: "you don't want it". After a little prodding, we found out that it was three-day old cabbage. So, always take... More

Our friends and I ate there 2 days in a row. The staff is super nice and the food is excellent. It is good southern cooking. I had an egg omelet one day which couldn't be beat. The next day I had eggs, grits and country ham. The ham was great, not too salty.

This little gem has some good food. It is great for family outings and having fun with them. The family style is the way to go. I actually had the patty melt which was delicious. Chances are if you are familiar with family style, you know what to do. I will skip the directions and simply say that they do... More

Reasonable prices and great food. Our party of 10 was quickly seated and served. Everything from the daily special (only $7.99) to the shrimp, catfish and chicken fingers were great .

The service here was okay but that was mainly because we were literally the only two people in the restaurant at the time we were eating. Food is stuff they've purchased out of the local grocery store and heated up in the kitchen. Pass unless nothing else in available.

The best biscuits in the state... If you love home cooked food and the best baking powder biscuits in the state then this is your breakfast stop. It is a must stop when we come into Maggie Valley
