We had French toast, hashbrown casserole (which was super tasty) and cream chipped beef on biscuits. The food was great but the service was amazing. We were greeted with smiles and asked on more than one occasion how we were doing throughout our dining experience. Our coffee mugs were never empty since the waitresses checked on us often. We will... More

Joey's is is a model of consistency and deliciousness. Pancakes are the stars of this show, with good selection of other well prepared breakfast foods. Not too fancy but very good food with friendly efficient service. This place is very clean, and busy. Be sure to get here early during the tourist season or you will end up waiting. Worth... More

Have you ever been threatened to be thrown out simply for defending yourself from someone being extremely rude? I personally hadn't until today when My family and I visited Joey's excited to eat there having read good reviews on the food. We put our names in and waited. The hostess (possibly manager or owner?) who sat us was very rude.... More

Please accept our sincere apology for the greeting you received. The holiday week is extremely busy and occasionally even our hostess staff, who are known for being very sweet and professional, sometimes forget that we are there to make each guest's time with us the best possible. Of course a busy day is no excuse for poor service and we... More

Have visited this place many times. My parents took me as a kid and now I take my kids. The breakfast is amazing and the staff is always cheerful and great. There can be a wait to get in but that just shows how great this place is. I can't wait till I can visit again!

You might want to check this place out. The food and service was outstanding. There is no wonder the parking lot was full and so was my belly when we left. The food was delicious:)

We went here 3 consecutive days over Thanksgiving, only because they weren't open the other days we were in town. The breakfast is great but if you don't get there early then be prepared to wait; however, the wait wasn't too long because the service is outstanding and the food comes out quick. My wife had the pancakes all 3... More

This is our go-to place for breakfast when in Maggie Valley/Waynesville NC. And most times you will have to wait but wait, it will be worth it. They have a great selection of pancakes (of course) but everything else is good and the service is great. Oh yes, the coffee is good too. My fav are their wheat pancakes. We... More

Our family has visited Joey's Pancake House several times over the years. The food is always good, but the hostess and waiting room situation is less than desirable. We had a group of 8, so we called ahead. The hostess seemed completely frustrated that we wanted to come eat there and keep saying she didn't know, and finally she told... More
