Noted for their Prime Rib dinners and Gorgonzola salad have always been outstanding. Fried catfish and blackened mountain trout are delicious for non red meat entree's.

I think we encountered the worst waiter we've ever had at this restaurant. Even getting a drink of water took forever. The food -- when it finally came -- was NOT good. Too bad, because the setting and the ambiance were wonderful. But we came for the food, and it was terrible. Horrendously overpriced, too. Would NOT go back.

The prime rib au jus with mashed potatoes is perfect, house salad really worth it, garlic bread very good... Sit and appreciate the x-mas decoration! Food, ambiance and service altogether make a wonderful experience. A jewel in the area.

My husband and I ate dinner and for the two of us with appetizers and drinks the bill came to around $60. The onion rings were good but the breeding could have been thicker or stayed on more. The French onion soup was great. I can't believe I'm saying this but there was boarder line too much cheese (as if).... More

Well it was close to where we were staying. We were going to eat at Moonshine grill but chose this instead. Only to hear from others (the next day)at our hotel that Moonshine grill was great and less expensive. Just arthurs was ok but we will not eat there again. But they do have a nice fireplace and bar lol.

My girlfriend and myself wanted to stay close to home and get a good meal. We live in Maggie Valley for a combined 20 something years. Their food ,service, cleanliness, and superb array of dinners,is far better than anything within 50 miles. Why they are not ranked # 1 is a mystery. My mouth waters just thinking of how my dinner was... More

The holiday decorations were beautiful, Tables in the main room and booths in the bar area with a fireplace there. Filet and Prime rib were both good, beer selection was limited. Service was prompt and friendly. Prices were very reasonable.

Went there with the family. The food was just ok. I'm pretty sure most of it is frozen food from a vendor. I would expect much more for the high price menu. Why not have fresh food. The chicken fingers were pretty much what I expect from the grocery store. This is just my experience here,

Thank you for your review. We do buy our food from vendors as most eateries do, however we hand bread our chicken tenders. The "frozen" products we serve include ice cream and French fries. The rest of our menu is prepared fresh daily, in house. If you decide to dine with us again, please ask for Erin or rick, and... More
