It is an older building but it is well maintained and clean. Just the historic photos and articles on the walls alone make it worth a visit. The food is... More

I again was going by reviews for this restaurant and was disappointed with the food. Maybe I'm just too used to my own home cooking, but this was just not impressive.

Collards that were horrible; grits that were absolutely tasteless even with a side of shredded cheddar mixed in, fried okra that was re fried and tasteless. Pulled pork that was slightly better than the above. Service was okay. Would I ever go there again; not even if I were one breath short of dying of hunger. There is nothing here... More

Very crowded, very loud. Food was subpar at best, and way over priced. It's more like an old school cafeteria atmosphere. Seems like everyone is talking and no one is listening. My wife and I could not hold a conversation in this place, sitting right next to each other.

Being that I am a picky eater due to food intolerances….I found this place because they had a nice selection of veggies. When I got inside I found they even had sweet potato fries! Made my day. Just ordered a place of nice veggies and it hit the spot. Will return again when in area.
