Beautiful view

ate the lunch buffet with burgers and dogs.......excellent food but not worth $14 price. The picnic tables were a nice way to enjoy the food though. Nice spread except they ran out of key lime pie.

If there are not enough guests staying at the ranch they will not have food. They will not tell you this until after you arrive.

My daughters surprised me with a special birthday vacation. They took us here for our thanksgiving dinner. My youngest daughter is a frequent visitor to the area, and has been trying to eat here for years. But they only accommodate groups and space is limited. However, it was worth it. The history, view and food were all excellent! The family staff... More

The food was delicious, the staff was excellent, and the interaction with the other guests was a highlight of our trip

After being told by a number of people that this was a must do in the area we were very disappointed to say the least. The atmosphere was cozy the lodge lovely. The food was served family style pot roast, boiled potatoes, carrots, and collards a salad and dessert. no drinks only water and all this for only $40.00 per person. We... More

What a wonderful experience to go up to a ranch at the top of a mountain , see horses and the best view you can imagine. Then enjoy good food with lots of other "guests" followed by entertainment, (in this case, Claire Lynch and Band) Special night, great food and great fun.

The setting is great and the table service was excellent, but the food was very disappointing. We hit on a day when the special was a taco salad bar and it was not much. Overpriced and underwhelming.

We stopped by again, one year later and we still can't get enough of the cookout. We meet new people with each visit and get to enjoy some new music from different people. The food is not 5 star but I think that is the point. If I wanted that I would stay home. The ranch offers hot, home style... More

Blue plate special was the most awful thing I have eaten at a restaurant in a while. Opened faced meatloaf sandwich with gravy is something that was not only terrible, but didn't set to well with me or my boyfriend. Would come back for scenery, but never for the food.
