After 13 hours on road we found the RAINBOW in the form of s restaurant. Located inside the Econo Lodge at exit 20 on I 95, you will be delighted by the ambiance, staff and cloth table cloths and napkins BEFORE you taste the food. It was tasty and well served. Michelle was the server and did everything to make... More

The restaurant had great atmosphere and ambiance. The waiter was excellent, made you feel comfortable The food was excellent.. I was taken aback that a restaurant of this quality was in a motel. Local came for a romantic dinner. Wish it was in my home town.

We stopped here after a long day of driving. Even though we only live an hour away, we stopped because of the good reviews. We were glad we did. The food and service were spot on. Our waiter was wonderful, the food was good, filling and a nice way to finish the trip. Nothing unexpected-just reliable, well-prepared Italian American food.... More

Curiously, we find a very good restaurant in very poor hotel. A good Italian restaurant can be difficult to find when you are stopping overnight on a highway trip, but I understand this has been in the same place for many years, while the hotel it is in is in decline. Selection of foods was fine, wine offerings suited the... More

Tremendous food and service. Our group is typically hard to please. We really enjoyed ourselves. All our dishes were prepared well. The chicken marsala was as advertised the house special. Bo our server mentioned in a number of these reviews was extremely knowledgeable and attentive.Adelio himself stopped by.His passion for his restaurant and providing a great experience for his customers was evident. Being from the NY Metro area, I did not have high expectations as we entered this small Italian restaurant located in a budget hotel; especially since we were the only guests at 6pm on a Sunday evening. However, the tables were decked out in nice tablecloths and napkins with Frank Sinatra playing in the background, so based on some of... More

My wife and I just got back from dinner at Adelios. We stayed overnight on the way to Florida, and as always we looked at Tripadvisor to direct to a good non-chain restaurant. Here are our conclusions: 1. If you are staying at ANY hotel in Lumberton, this us a great place for dinner. 2. DO NOT be put off... More

My husband and I had been on the road for 11 hours and wanted a decent dinner. Our hotel clerk recommended Adelio's for Italian. He explained to us it was located in a budget hotel but their food was worth going anywhere to enjoy. Was he right! From the soup and salad we ordered to our meals, we both agreed... More

Adelio will make sure your food is cooked to your specifications and you will not be disappointed. This gem of a restaurant is tucked away in a hotel right off Exit 20 in Lumberton. Linen tablecloths and napkins, candle-lit tables, wine, beer and cocktails to enjoy before, after or with your meal, and desserts (homemade) that will make your mouth... More
