Good food, Wed nite Bike Night

They offer a bit of everything from homecooking-burgers and fries. I like the hotdogs, cheeseburgers, 1/2&1/2, chicken casserole, and crispy fries. The vegetable beef soup with cornbread is good.

Not very clean inside. Service is slow. Many issues with people arguing coming from bar area. I would not recommend this as a place to take your family out to eat.

Zippers is a great place for any meal and any hour of the day . There is a variety of food options. My favorite are the daily specials of blue-plate options. The lunch menu is a large variety of any appetite.

We go to zippers about every Friday night and get their seafood platter. It is great and more than enough to share.

Always meet with family and friends to have breakfast every Wednesday night. This is one of the great features at ZIPPERS you can have breakfast all day long. Of course the wings special on Wednesday night is my grandsons pick. They have a great variety to chose from. In the summer they have bike night and a live band outside... More

This is definitely a "local" hang out type place. Everyone knows the staff and the staff seems to know everyone and remember what they had/like. The food is just ok but it's very reasonably priced. I suggest sticking with simple things like a BLT or hot dogs. Fries are clearly the frozen crinkle fries that get thrown in a deep... More

Title is misleading - a regular restaurant & separate bar. Lots of menu choices and great service. A great place for families because they have so much variety on their menu. I believe the bar room tends to attract some "bikers" but I have never felt uneasy about bringing my two under ten kids here.

Breakfast is great, The food is good and the service is outstanding. It is always busy. I like their lunch and dinner also, but it just happens I go more for breakfast. A good serving for the price.... They make a lot of down home food.

We eat here regularly and have always had good service and good food. The only complaint I ever had was when smoking was allowed in NC restaurants. This is no longer an issue. I also like that they have remodeled and it no longer looks inside like the old Burger King that is was.

On 10/29/11, wife and I had lunch there. Pretty crowded, our food came in about 15 minutes. Gravy was chalky. Hashbrown casserole was fatty, cold and yucky. Patty melt ordered with no mayo had mayo on it. Frozen onion rings were good. Drinks refilled fast, but 0 for 2: sweet tea instead of unsweet and sugar cola instead of diet.... More
