Was in town visiting a friend and was having lunch before heading back home. I decided to try the Luke burger. It was absolutely delicious. I am usually a pretty adventurous person when it comes to food and have no problem trying something new. This particular burger comes with a fried egg. If you like/love eggs and you've never tried... We found this place with a coupon book. A very pleasant surprise. Great food, excellent service and a quiet crowd. I had the chicken salad that was fresh and full of chunks of the best white meat. No filler here and best of all, no onions! We will be back!

I have tried almost everything on the menu and I have not been disappointed. Food is great! The staff is wonderful! Everyone is friendly. It is like going and eating dinner with family. My husband and I spend every important occassion here.

We were at the BBQ festival and was disappointed with the actual BBQ offered on the street and I love Brisket and stumble upon this restaurant. It was the bomb. Great food, awesome Brisket, great price, friendly staff. Don't bother with the festival, go here. We all had something different and delicious. Great atmosphere and I promise to return when... More

I went on a Friday night with a friend. I got a steak with spinach. The spinach was fresh and it was so good. The first time I went I got shrimp and grits (this was before it reopened), and got fresh grilled asparagus. My food was awesome the atmosphere I thought was hot and smokey.

Love the brisket and mac and cheese here! Very friendly staff and owners. They have a chalkboard wall for kids to draw on, which is very neat! They do cook fresh to order, so this is not a place to go if you're in a hurry. Give it a try, very good food!

This place closed recently, but according to an article in the local paper, the owner is hoping to get an infusion of cash from an investor and is planning to reopen. As far as my friends & and I are concerned, he can stay closed. I read the great comments other diners have left and wonder if the food and... More

We took friends from out-of-town to dinner here, and were mortified. The country-fried steak was literally armor-plated with batter so thick and hard that it could have been used as a weapon. The fried okra was similarly over-fried, but not fully cooked inside. We didn't even eat half of our meals. Definitely can NOT recommend this place!

Sweet Pea's is a wonderful surprise in downtown Lexington. We found it online when searching for another restaurant, and decided to give it a try. What a treasure! The burgers are thick and juicy, and the fish and chips is as good as I ever had in London. And the iced tea tastes like it was just brewed! It's a... More
