Cannot complain about the taste of the food. It was good. However dont expect a good serving size plate for your money. Staff was great and service is average speed. Very island like enviroment. Take a look for your self.

Cool atmosphere and great location next to the beach. I had the Flounder platter and got two HUGE pieces of flounder. Too much to eat at once, I took some home with me. I highly recommend their seafood chowder, it was great. It is definitely overpriced, but you pay for the location next to the ocean. My flounder platter with... More

Decor was nice and the place had a great vibe. Drinks were very fun and tropical, although pricey. Our server Ryan was attentive and helpful. The food was just ok. The calamari was very dark as if the oil was due to be changed. Nothing we had stood out as amazing it was all just ok. The snow crab legs... More

This is the type of place you envision when going on a beach vacation. Outdoor seating, casual, great seafood. This was my kids' (10 and 7) favorite place to eat. All of the food was good though I was partial to the Mahi sandwich ... quite possibly the best I have ever had.

When you go on vacation, it's difficult to find a place that everyone enjoys. (My kids never like the same thing.) But this place was loved by all. We sat outside to take in the breeze, but wish we had stayed inside. The atmosphere is great, bright and colorful. Service was a little slow, but you're at the beach----- relax.... More

We decided to stop after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor. We were not disappointed! Our waitress was very friendly, spent time talking to us, and offered suggestions on things to do while we were in town. I had the 1lb of Steamed Shrimp and it was delicious. Another member of the party had seafood pasta which had a lot... More

Our first night at Kure Beach was also our sons eighth birthday. We chose to eat here and sit on the very top of the deck. Not much of view of the ocean really but a nice breeze. I felt for the servers having to climb up those stairs to wait on their guests. We started out with the crab... More

Carried my wife for her birthday. Could not have asked for a better waiter, and the food was just down right GREAT. My wife had a 3 combo and I had a 2 combo seafood. It was so good and so much we both could not eat everything. Yes it is beach prices. Jack MacKerels is a must try.
