Stack'em High is about my favorite breakfast restaurant in the Outer Banks. Established by a family from Greece decades ago it is a staple here in OBX. This is "very" casual dining that starts out in a line at the door but quickly moves along to the counter where ONLY ONE family member grabs a tray for drinks, fruit, pastries... More

Kitty Hawk Location is a don't go!!! 2 of 4 orders came out incorrect and the server tried convincing while.mumbling another language under her breath that we indeed did order what she brought to the disgusting dirty, sticky table - and our receipt reflected what we had ordered. My coffee mug was filled with brown scum on the inside, I tried... More

We stopped here because we are late risers, they were still serving breakfast and we liked their sign. It got even better inside! It's kind of a funny set up, but it works. You go through the line, get your beverages, order your food, pay and sit down. With no food. So your food is fresh even though you just... More

Family owned and operated and you will be able to tell. Friendly staff and low keyed atmosphere make this a great place for breakfast.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience for breakfast this morning. My veggie omelette was the best I've ever eaten and I've tried many. The hash browns were terrific, too. My husband had biscuits and gravy with two eggs and very much enjoyed his meal. Our coffee mugs were never empty! Super service. We'd love to return there when... More

We always make it a point to eat breakfast here (at least once) on every trip to the Outer Banks. Delicious food, friendly service and if you leave here hungry, it's your own fault. They have a crab meat omelet that is fantastic. Their pancakes are the best, whether you choose plain, chocolate chip or some other flavor, you will... More

Went with my whole family (2 toddlers) and all of us left happy. The pancakes were very good and the cheesy grits were good.
