Went there with a few friends while we were in Kitty Hawk. My omelet was great and the grits delicious. The service was also quick. Even though we had to wait a bit, it wasn't that long.

Everything we got tasted great. Prices were very reasonable for beach area food. The service was fast and friendly. I think I found my breakfast spot while on vacation.

Looking for a place to have breakfast on the morning of check-out. The line was pretty long, but moved quickly. A great variety on the menu! We were a group of 10, and regardless our food was served quickly, exactly as ordered. That was pretty surprising! The pancakes are to-die-for! They have a home-made recipe, which I couldn't quite guess... More

The food is good, prices are good. The only downfall it takes awhile to get food sometimes. We eat there most of the time we come. But overall good place to eat breakfast

I am skeptical when it comes to pancakes so I never eat them except if my dad makes them. That being said I should have ordered them. My wife did and I just got eggs, sausage, and smothered hashbrowns, which were really home fries. The pancakes are legit! Next time I will def order them. Do come early! My wife... More

This place would get an excellent review if the atmosphere wasn't so pushy. Once you order, the cashier may find you a seat but you're not always lucky... and if you get there anytime after 9am, good luck getting to your table in less than an hour. Now, that being said, the service was excellent and the food was great.... More

Our party of 10 enjoyed breakfast at this joint. Everything was yummy, portions were ample and price reasonable. Service was excellent.

As the others mentioned - cafeteria style blended with table service. They were quick to clear the tables and offer refills on coffee. The food was good, but a bit pricey. The one in Kill Devil Hills was better. Their smothered home fires had less onions and a different cut of potato, which we both preferred.

Had lunch (or very late breakfast!) here with the family. Ordering is a bit different, you go through somewhat of a cafeteria line, where you order, then they give you a number placard and bring your food to your table once it is prepared. Portions were quite generous (my wife joked that she ate her year's quota of bacon in... More
