I love the Jolly Roger, the wait staff is friendly, and helpful. I have been eating breakfast there every time I visit the beach. Breakfast is my favorite meal, and @ the Jolly Roger they serve breakfast until 2PM. Perfect for after church,

OBX is our beach vacation spot every year! Jolly Roger is the place we always have to go! The food is the best, the people that work there are even better!! We just got back from out trip, we ate there every morning! The Jolly Roger special can not be beat! By the end of the week, it was like... More

You don't have to drive to NYC to that other Italian restaurant to enjoy the best Italian dishes this side of the pond. Our waitress Casey was an absolute joy! Simply wonderful!!! Get there at 4:30 as this place is so popular it fills up quickly.

I hesitate to write this review because part of the attraction is that it seems like a "locals" favorite and I hate the touristy locations even though I'm a tourist. ;-) I love, love, love the staff and if I could go to only one restaurant it would definitely be the Jolly. The trivia question is the best too. Love... More

We are locals and my husband and I love this place. We come here year round and bring our friends and family here anytime they are in town.

Everytime were in town we eat at the Jolly Roger. The staff is excellent and the egg white western omelet is amazing. Susan who greets you at the door is very funny and great at remembering people. I recommend this place to everyone who wants a great meal and great atosmphere.

We walked into this place and immediately noticed clutter everywhere. There was a large party waiting to be seated and the hostess did not even acknowledge us. My boyfriend asked her if she could seat a table of 2 and she looked like he asked her for a million dollars. We waited 20 minutes for the hostess to come back... More

I like kitschy but this was just junk filled. That ad in the tour book has the staff in pirate costumes , try t- shirts:(! I took one bite of my manicotti and thought chef boy r de ick 😩 ! My nephew had no complaints about his chicken fingers & fries. He did say his lemonade tasted like water... More

Awesome Bloodys and mimosa in a half carafe for 5.50/6.00. Generous portions of food with great prices. The crab omelette was superb. The bartender was quite efficient and quite friendly. A must go!
