Good beer, delicious seafood bisque, cranky yucky server

If only our server hadn't been so sucky, this place would have been 5 stars for sure. She totally killed the mood (sorry she got called in and was frazzled...if she had just told us that off the bat and not ignored us - even though she's not invisible when she walks right by us...DUH....we would... read more

My husband and I decided to check this place out, as we have heard a lot of good things about the food. This is the best first impression that I have ever had on a restaurant. There was no wait and the service was great. Food was AMAZING. We got the fried calamari for an appetizer. It was perfect! My... More

Stopped by for lunch after visiting the Wright Bros Monument. Place was packed and we had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. There were eight of us (4 adults and 4 kids) and they stuck us at a table that usually seats 6. It was a tight fit for sure. The other tables are all very close to... More

There is a nice playground area in back with tables and chairs for grownups to sit in. Kids really enjoyed being able to run around and play after being in car for long drive to OBX. The food is just ok. We got a very rare children's steak that had to be returned for more cooking. I had chicken wings... More

We had read many good reviews about this place and was impressed Guy Fieri had reviewed it. My family of 12 was seated right away.. The lunch menu is short and to the point. About three to four choices in each category. I had the Yard bird which is a fried chicken sandwich served with lettuce tomato, and cilantro lime... More

We stopped here for dinner with two teenagers for my husband's birthday. We were told that the wait for a table on a Friday night would be 20 minutes. We went outside while we waited and there was a band playing good music and the kids were able to play baggo. The music was very good and the outdoor area... More

Enjoyed checking out this brew pub restaurant. They seem to try to cater to all, families, couples, bar scene. Looks like they have music at night and a playground in back yard, patio. We at inside which is a large open two story barn type building. Food was good quality but more of a small plate, gourmet style. Beer was... More

This our second time to the restaurant over the past few years. During the first visit they were able to accommodate our large group of 14 (8 adults & 6 kids) during lunch. This most recent visit was just 2 adults and 2 kids. The kids menu has a few standard options of burgers, chicken, pizza, etc. The kids burger... More

This is the second year in a row we've enjoyed this establishment. Not only do they offer brewery tours, they have beer flights on their standard menu so you can try several different beers at once to figure out what you like! The cuban sandwich is killer - ask for their homemade green siracha sauce! If you can handle 2... More
