Great - we had to go back the next day!

Neat little hideaway restaurant nestled in the woods behind the Wright Brothers National Memorial site. This is an older house and lower floor has been reworked into a restaurant, very elegantly done, a little tight and intimate but well worth the dining experience! I visit this area to see family about once a year and this is our favorite place to go. I really enjoy their scallops and desserts. The service is always good and the atmosphere is very quaint and inviting.

After reading the reviews, we were expecting something great. Instead, we found a high volume operation focused on turning over the tables as quickly as possible. The food was only a bit above average and suffered from seemingly being a product of a high-volume kitchen. The waitstaff was overly intrusive in their zeal to get paid and move on. Not... More

I have had couple dinners at Colington Cafe and every time the food is great and makes you come back again and again. I would recommend the Mixed Grill to everyone who likes delicious Fillet Mignon and Tuna. This is my favorite on the menu. In addition to the great entries, the restaurant offers yummy deserts choices. Make sure to... More

First of all any first class restaurant that is still around after 23 years has to be good It is a former house and each room is set up as a dining room. The room we were in had only six tables (20 people max) so it was quiet and we could hear each other talk. Tastefully decorated. Our waiter... More

We dine at the Colington Cafe approx. 3-5 times a year and we love everything about the restaurant. The food has always been great. The setting and decor is beautiful. It's a "must stop" recommendation for all our family and friends.

I've reviewed this place before, but sometimes you just have to tell somebody how good something is. Tonight I had one of the specials. It was a fried flounder filet with asparagus and pesto mashed potatoes with a garlic sauce with capers. Now I have to say that I'm typically not a fan of pesto, capers and I'm really not... More

The Collington Café is not on the main drag, you have to look for it, but when you find it you find a little slice of heaven. The food is excellent as is the pricing. the wait staff are courteous, friendly and knowledgable, and the wine list is superb. A great dining experience

The Colington Cafe is off the beaten path, so you have to look for it, but the search is very worthwhile. The Cafe is in a large old house, so it has a feeling of being at home and also has spaces where you can have some privacy if you want. The service is so friendly and efficient and the... More

A group of 10 of us so we had a little of everything: steak, salmon, yellow fin tuna, duck, shrimp, etc. It was all wonderful. Folks, just go. Its a great restaurant, reasonable prices, descent wine list, and impeccable service.
