My wife had the low country boil and thought it was great. I had the burger and enjoyed it as well. The constant noise was a little distracting.

Excellent Crab Cakes! Don't let the outside "tiny diner" appearance fool you. The diner appears tiny, but the back is built out. There is a very long wait, but the food is worth it. We really enjoyed everything we had and the prices were on par with the rest of the OBX. They did sell out of a few specials,... More

We make sure every year while on our family vacation, we stop at Kill Devil Grill for dinner. It's a small place with great menu and delicious food. Service is excellent and prices are good. If you stop by try their cheesesteak egg rolls. Make sure you save room for the warm apple crisp for dessert.

The food here is absolutely addicting. After having the flavorful dinner one dreams of the next visit. The reviews are in. EVERYONE in the OBX eats here. Be prepared for crowds and sold out specials. Sadly the place is still very noisy, you can barely hear your server let alone the music on the speakers. Acoustics leave much to be... More

I was feeling a little homesick for the diner I work in, so we went looking for one. I loved this place from the moment we entered the door. The front bar portion is an old dining car were you can be seated immediately, space permitting, of course. We chose that option rather than waiting 30 minutes for a table.... More

Great food, vibe, service. However, I am no fan of bars that short pour beer as a policy. They will not top off at polite request, citing the owner's requirement and decidedly NOT customer preference. 16 ounce glass, 10 ounces of beer.

Tried new food and came out of my comfort zone, phenomenal customer service, my food was out quick, served hot, and fresh, and tasty. My drink was never empty and everyone had a sincere smile on their face.

Tried to go on a Sunday evening, but The Grill is closed on Sundays. Went back on Wednesday at 5:30 PM and was told we would have a 45 minute wait for a party of 2. We got a couple drinks at the bar where Michael, the bartender was a lot of fun to interact with. After 1 hour and... More

After a long ride to OBX, this was the perfect start to our vacation. The wait was quite long (about an hour) at 5:45 since the place is on the small side, but we walked along the beach for a little while so the time went quickly. The food was delicious- the special was swordfish & it was great. My... More

My friend kept telling me how good their Big Kahuna Burger was so I had to try it. With the fast and good service and the GREAT burger, this was one of my favorite places I've eaten in the Outer Banks. Tried the apple crisp which was good but a little too sweet for me. Didn't take away from the... More
