Another one of our favorite places to eat. The food has been consistently amazing. The Portion, and Flavor are great. The inside is cozy and gives you a sense of comfort and relaxation. Its a great feeling to go to a place that you can't wait to go back again. We LOVE Kill Devil Grill.

We usually hit here as well on our trip to the Outer Banks but it was closed for the holidays this time. Again, local owners who care about their clients. Always welcome us back. The salad with grilled salmon is killer!

What can I say? If you like great food, service & everything else that goes with a great dining experience, get a hotel close by, so your several trips on your vaca, will be short!!!

I read that this place had some amazing crab cakes so I had to stop by. Great atmosphere and service. Bottles of wine were 1/2 off and I was able to take home what I didn't finish. So. I ordered the crab cakes... They were good but not great. Living in Maryland makes me very picky about my crab cakes.... More

Original Diner from days gone. Stainless steel Art Deco decor. Excellent, friendly service. Daily specials of local fish. Good value. Get there early in season.

Everything is good at the Kill Devil Grill. My favorite is the BBQ Chicken Salad. It's really enough to feed two people! Their specials are amazing and when they have Soft Shell Crabs (in season) they are delicious! Make sure you get there early cause the place gets packed out for lunch...but it's definitely worth the wait

We did a restaurant crawl to test the local waters and the grill was suggested while we were in another restaurant so we added it to the list and headed north. The place is great visually. The beer steamed shrimp a treat. We'll be back!

Stopped in at KDG waiting for that December Nor'easter to clear out of Buxton. Stopped in to grab dinner at the Kill Devil Grill and was very very satisfied! Great and friendly server, kept our wine glasses full :) We shared a house salad that had these huge freshly made croutons that were exquisite! And we also ordered the special... More

If you want a wonderful meal while visiting the Outer Banks you have to eat at The Flying Fish Cafe. Our food was outstanding and plentiful. The service was friendly and the suggestions they made were spot on with our families taste of food. For a added benefit the Wine capped of our night to a great day with family... More
