The owners sold it, and now the restaurant "Mickeys" that used to be in Walkertown is back in Kernersville. The food seems greasier since the owner change. Lots of teenagers and kids. Tons of Ice Cream flavors.

While visiting Kernersville this past weekend for Christmas and at the advice of my family, I went to now what is called Mickey's to get all of us some hot dogs and fries. WOW! The hot dogs there are some of the best I had ever eaten and the fries had a really tasty seasoning on them. If you are... More

Menu same, people same, food acceptable, althought the red dye hotdogs should go. The food is always prepared after you arrive, ensuring hot food which is always a good thing. Get the fries without the seasoning salt.

Any time my husband and I are hungry for a foot-long hot dog, we ALWAYS go to Bill & Leah's. The golden-roasted buns with the hot dogs filled to the brim with chili and onions are delicious! Order up some delicious fries and a drink and you have their "special!" Nice that they offer a senior citizen discount, because we... More

A classic in Kernersville! A must stop if you are near the area! The hot dogs and ice cream are the best! A family owned cafe that been in business for more than 20 years.

We did a side-by-side today of Bill and Leah's and Doss'. BL was so superior that there was little competition. I had a grilled pimento cheese sandwich, which was excellent, and the husband had a BLT. It had six pieces of crispy bacon whereas Doss' had three strips of undercooked bacon. BL crinkle fries were fabulous. Just like I remember... More

Great food and service. Definitely the kind of place where the staff knows your name and what you will order when you walk in the door. Great establishment, thanks for all the good years!
