Went to Bistro B for lunch-second time eating there, last time it was dinner. Everything my husband and I put in our mouths, both visits, was wonderful--from the tasty bread dipped in the molasses and pomegranate olive oil, to the soup and salad, to the entrée. Everything was perfect ! Our waitress was very attentive and very friendly. I have... More

While the food was acceptable, the service was poor and the owner was rude. No thanks, I choose to vote with my wallet and will spend my $$ elsewhere.

I took my daughters out last night for a little girl time; they requested Bistro B's, however after reading some of the reviews I was definitely hesitant. But let me tell you that based on our experience the negative reviewers got it wrong. We arrived early; had a delightful young man who said it was his third day on the... More

Tonight we celebrated a birthday with 9 guests in the party. The service was horrible. The tea was spoiled. 3 entrees arrived 10 minutes after the others were served. 1 entree was delivered to the table after everyone had finished their meal. Beverages were not refilled promptly and it took 2 hours for dinner. The restaurant removed the one extremely... More

I had no idea just how incredible this evening would be. We came here on a recommendation from a friend. We love Tapas, it's our favorite type of eating and the one thing that Roanoke, VA (our home town) lacks. So yes we were willing to drive 2 hours for a nice evening of Tapas. This place did not disappoint!... More

Beef carpaccio (probably misspelled that) is out of this world! Seafood is fresh and delicious. Chocolate martinis are awesome!

This is the place for a relaxed evening of really tasty food & drinks from a very large menu. Decisions are so hard our server suggested we just order a few to share at our table of five and then do it over again ....and again. Ceviche & Calamari are automatic choices for our group and did not disappoint. I... More

Hidden away in a pedestrian mall in a small town in the Piedmont, Bistro B could definitely compete with a similar setting on the Left Bank of Paris -- except that it extends well beyond French cuisine. Ceviche every bit as that served at a fine restaurant at the foot of Machu Picchu, white asparagus salad that would quiet even... More

Wonderful dining experience. Outstanding food. A nice intimate quite Bistro. The only 5 Star Chef in town I think. A delight for the discriminating palate…. Easily misunderstood by the "coupon" crowd. Try it. It is outstanding!
