Good Food, So-So Staff

We had a great late night meal at this Texas Roadhouse. It was not too crowded and our food came to the table quickly. Our waitress seemed a bit new, but other than a few awkward moments, our overall experience was good.

Ever since we have tried Texas RH we have never gone back to it's competitor which begins with an "O". Much better food quality and portion sizes! We usually go to the restaurant in Jacksonville and it is always so upbeat and a fun dining experience. Never leave hungry and never have room for desert. Our wait staff has always... More

We were greeted with friendly faces, our waitress was very attentive. Food was amazing! As always Texas Roadhouse was busy, but that did not stop our waitress from making sure we had refills, or anything else we needed. Great place for family, couples, or just to hang out with friends. It was loud either.

I've been to the Texas Roadhouse before and enjoyed it, but this time, for dinner, I thought it ordinary. I had the rack of ribs, and they were tasty but over-cooked to the point of being burned and dry. The service was good but seemed forced and cliche. I might go back but I might also try some other places.

Not sure if we had a bad waitress or a bad restaurant. All our meals were right, but we had to ask for bread. When delivered to a table of five, three rolls were presented. When I mentioned that there were not enough rolls to serve the table, our waitress asked, kind of like she was surprised, "do you want... More

I suggest you get a full size table and not one of those two persons size. We always plan on enough left overs for the next nights meal. The quality of food is a 7 out of ten and it can be a bit noisy when the servers perform the evening line dance. Overall we go twice a month. Before... More

This was my first experience at Texas Roadhouse back in 2004. Ever since it has been a go to place to take the family! Always good BBQ chicken and steaks. The rolls are the best though!!!

We can always expect good service and a tasty meal at the Texas Roadhouse Restaurants. Our server, Cheyenne, was friendly and our dinner of bar-b-que ribs and a salmon salad was delicious. I love the basket of hot sweet rolls way too much!!!

We were greeted and seated promptly. Our server, Kala, was quick to welcome us and was very knowledgeable about the menu, both bar and food. The food was excellent and Kala was very attentive but not bothersome. My husband and I enjoyed a fantastic experience at this Texas Roadhouse.
