The food is delicious!! The waitresses are a little slow, but the food makes up for the slow service!!

While the food and service were still good, the cleanliness of the restrooms and the smell of sewage near the kitchen door were real turnoffs on my last visit. This place needs some renovation and TLC to bring it up to the standards of an acceptable dining place. Until then, I'll take my business to Nu.

The Pad Thai is wonderful and authentic. The decor is authentic too. A must for visitors to Jacksonville who like to taste authentic Thai!

I find the food here very delicious and authentic. The prices are reasonable and the staff friendly and helpful. The plum wine is awesome! Will definitely go back.

I love Thai food and have eaten it in many different places but the food here just isn't very authentic tasting to me. I found the curries and noodle dishes very heavily sweetened which I wasn't fond of. I also think it is slightly over priced.

My husband and I dined at The Old Siam for the first time last night, and were excited to discover that there IS good Thai food in Jacksonville! We got there just after 5pm, and were the only people in there at first, although other diners trickled in as time went on. The wait-staff was friendly and prompt, the atmosphere... More

I've been traveling to Jacksonville for business for years and have always thought it sadly lacking in even decent ethnic restaurants. Thanks to trip advisor I found a delightful Thai restaurant. Located in a building that was apparently previously a steakhouse, its exterior is unassuming. Inside is quite lovely without the overdone kitschy decor of a lot of Asian restaurants.... More

Decor not the best Service more than impressive, very attentive and patient in answering our questions I had the drunken chicked which is a tad spicy but I asked for medium heart because I love Thai spices and heat. My partner had the steak and pepper one, more tailord for American pallets so this would be good for a begginer.... More

Picking up family late night at the airport, so flew in for a quick bite ourselves at Siam. Great food and highly attentive and respectful wait staff. Shared a succulent chicken dumpling starter, and as mains, the Pad Thai waspronounced very good and the shrimp, scallop specialty menu item was downright delicious. Steamed jasmin rice was just the right stickyness... More
