Either my tastebuds have changed over the years or all Chinese restaurants have changed for the worse in the last couple of years. I fear I'll never find authenticate sesame chicken again, it all just taste like chicken drowned in a weird, slightly sweet mystery sauce. Can we just have the MSG back?

We have eaten here on several occasions, and have had take out as well. The food is consistently good. The sushi is always fresh & the other menu choices satisfy any appetite for fusion/Chinese food. I particularly like the selection of hot teas, particularly the ginger tea. The price is right and the food is good. When we can't decide... More

Ordered the orange shrimp. It was tasty but it wasn't spicy like it was supposed to be. There wasn't any spicy kick to it. That's all I've eaten from there thus far. The price is ok for the portion size.

Needed a nice place for our business lunch meeting and right away thought of this place. The wait staff as well as the hostess are to my opinion GREAT very polite and seem to care. Our problem was one of my co-workers complained that the meat in his soup was very hard and chewy and the waiter agreed that is... More

This is not your typical neighborhood dirty Chinese food. This is not! Forget about what you "know" in Chinese food. This place is not expensive and it has an absolutely delicious Chinese food. It is really well prepared and it tastes really good. The food does not have that cheap looking but that does not mean the price is ridiculous... More

This is my favorite restaurant and once you eat here, it'll be yours too! They have a great variety on the menu and the food is always delicious. I've been coming here for a few years and always have a wonderful meal. The staff is courteous and Tommy, the owner, always has time to stop and talk with you. How... More

I started working in Huntersville in early 2012. Some friends had mentioned this killer place to eat called Noodletasia. My immediate though: "With a name like that it has got to be good". I was no disapointed. The first meal I ever had there was the Mongolian Beef. That dish was so killer I then took it upon myself to... More

We had rice noodle bowls, one kimchi and the other taiwan. Fantastic stuff. We also had some sushi and a shrimp spring roll, also excellent. The tea is out of this world. Ginger tea is sweet and spicy, jasmine tea is dreamy. We will be back, the service is very kind, the price is right on, and the atmosphere is... More

On a blistering day I stopped into Noodletasia for something quick and delicious. Quick and friendly service. The food was delectable...tender dumplings, fried rice (not over-kill on the soy sauce) and a nice fragrant cup of hot jasmine tea. The atmosphere was serene...easy. Don't miss this little bliss.
