By far one of the best restaurants . On our last visit Wolfgang stopped at our table and thanked us for coming. Food is always consistently wonderful. Make reservation early. We love to be in the back down the steps by the wonderful fireplace.

the front rooms have a bar, about 6- 4 top tables, lounge area with fireplace, and a bistro menu. there are two dining room- one large- about 30 tables, and one smaller and intimate, both with fireplaces. the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and they have tasted the specials. the service is attentive, but not hovering. the atmosphere is relaxed, not... Food average at best. Jackie at front desk was fantastic. Bartenders were good. Waiter was terrible. Very unattentive and slow. Does not rank well with other fine dining in area

This family operated restaurant has great food, an intimate tapis/bar area and a dining area that can be open air when weather permits. A good place to have a drink and watch the sidewalk traffic

This place is outstanding. We love the food and service which is unmatched in the area. As I stated in the title, we drive up from Atlanta for dinner, it is that good. The dinning room is quaint with 10 or 12 tables hidden behind the street front bistro. We just love sitting near the fire place as it just... More

My husband and I stayed in a cabin for a week in Highlands, after Christmas. We were conflicted about which restaurants we wanted to try as we had planned to only eat dinner out a couple of nights. While shopping in downtown Highlands, many shop owners told us to definitely try Wolfgang's and suggested the short ribs. Wow they were... More

My friends and I were looking for upscale food and a casual, cozy atmosphere. The Bistro at Wolfgang's fit the bill, perfectly! The flatbread Caprese, pizza was just what I wanted. Warm and flavorful but not too heavy. Service was great, wine nicely priced! My friends had steak which they pronounced, Great!! You may have dinner in the more formal,... More

The atmosphere of this restaurant is delightful, open airy and bright. My husband and I eat here on special occasions and are never disappointed with the food. Wolfgang is a spectacular chef. We always love the wiener schnitzel and the lobster all melt in your mouth. The wait staff are always friendly and are always checking on us to make... More
