This week we have dined here once for lunch and once for dinner. We never miss a trip to Highlands without eating here. Last year the restaurant moved to its new location on Main Street and Lynn and her husband, the owners, who are always working and very involved in the restaurant, really upgraded the interior space to make the... Had a delicious lunch this weekend at Wild Thyme in Highlands NC where the food was excellent but the portions were pretty small for the price. The shrimp sandwich, although good, only had 4 shrimp and the crab cake sandwich, also very good, was more of an appetizer size. We felt the entire wait staff needs some brushing up on... More

We ate lunch here -- I was pleasantly surprised by the lunch menu. Everyone in our party ordered something different, and we were all pleased with our choices. The waitstaff was pleasant and the atmosphere just perfect for a Sunday afternoon.

Widle Thyme is a great place for lunch. Good organic food and a friendly staff. It's hard to choose from the menu, so you may have to go more to taste it all!

Had dinner recently. The restaurant is trendy with original artwork on the walls. Nice decor. Does not have white linen. We're greeted after a few minutes. The hostess was nowhere to be found when we walked in. We were seated promptly, and the waiter showed up promptly. The menu was varied, with vegetarian options for my wife. The wine list... More

We ate here for our anniversary on Valentine's Day. What a treat as we must have missed this on our last few trips to Highlands. They had great choices and the food was well prepared and presented. We will go back again! They are now located on the main street in the plaza next to TJ Bailey's men's store.

Great location downtown-perfect for a healthy lunch stop between shopping. Corn crab chowder was the best soup I've ever had anywhere. The blackbean burger was scrumptious, and my husband enjoyed his regular burger as well. Will definitely go again when visiting the Highlands.

My husband and I stopped in here for lunch and a few drinks. The service was excellent. Everyone there was super friendly. I had the crab cake caesar and my husband had the shrimp sandwich. Would love to go back and try their dinner!
