I love thai food and Ghangri is great. Exceptional spices and just the right amount of heat. Food is always fresh and consistent. Sadly they are closed for the winter, just when dwe locals have time to go!

We love Thai food and cannot get it in our town, so we try to have it whenever we can find a restaurant that is highly rated. This is so surprising to be in this small town, but not so surprising when you find out that it is owned by the same people who own Wild Thyme Gourmet-which I review... More

Thai is my favorite cuisine. Having moved to n. Fla. from DC a few years ago, I was starved for a good Thai meal. My favorite Thai dishes are Larb Gai and Drunken Noodles (Pad Kee Mao). Both these dishes are excellent at Ghangri. And the service was excellent in pleasant outdoor seating.

We were thrilled to learn that the former location of Wild Thyme Gourmet in Highlands is now a Thai restaurant. Three of us had dinner here this evening and thoroughly enjoyed everything. We had a wonderful, helpful server and his assistant who was always there to refill our water glasses. (Much appreciated with spicy dinners!) Two of us started with... More

Dined in this bistro for lunch. Ordered the special: soft shell crab curry with brown rice which was magnificent! Great value, casual setting, indoor or outdoor dining options.

The Good News/Bad News is that Highlands has become a really good restaurant town, thank you Art Williams and OEI. Ghangri has become a top mid-week "go to" for my family. Casual dining in or pick up and take home, the very good chicken larb and basil rolls offer a mid week treat without being a belly buster. This restaurant... More

We were recommended this restaurant and we did enjoy the cusine. The menu was authentic and we enjoyed what we ordered. The service was ok but not fabulous. No drinks refilled in time but a great effort was made for extra chili sauces. Something that annoyed us was we were seated side by side with a very loud table that... More

Only had time for a quick, light lunch. The basil rolls were deliciously fresh and tasty and the vegetable soup had ample vegetables in a wonderful broth. The dinner menu looks great and I look forward to trying the boneless crispy duck. Impressed with service and freshness. The enclosed patio area was a little warm and stuffy, so we opted... More

My husband and i had visited Highlands before and upon return were delighted to learn that a new Thai restaurant had opened. We both enjoy Thai food and so had to try it out. I selected the Panang Curry with Beef. It was the best that I have ever had! The menu also offers some unique dishes besides the basics... More
