A counter, some tables, a too large space, and decent food. that about sums it up. The specials are well priced, the main menu seemed a bit high. $9.50 + for eggs? Still, the food was good. Sunday noon, there are not too many choices in Highlands, this is one of the better ones.

There are plenty of restaurants in Highlands with better food, atmosphere, and service. No one should wait 45 minutes for eggs and bacon, and the waitress only half-heartedly apologized for running out of grits on a Sunday morning. It was frustrating to spend part of our day here when there are so many better options in town.

Don't expect any atmosphere at this place. It's a building where a small pharmacy moved out but it has a very good breakfast. They cook it in a grill right in front of the booths. I had a large blueberry pecan pancake and my husband had eggs, peppered bacon, hashbrowns, & a biscuit. All were very good. I like to... More

Highlands is an upscale little town filled with upscale restaurants with upscale prices. Cafe 460 does not fit the mold. The cafe, according to the sign, was once housed within the local pharmacy. It is still in the same space but the pharmacy shelves have been cleared and only the cafe remains in a space too large for its needs.... More

The atmosphere here is definitely lacking; however, it appeared this was a fairly new restaurant. Having said that I would think the atmosphere will improve. My husband and I ate breakfast here and the breakfast was very good - excellent biscuits. We would go back for we would like to see this restaurant succeed and we did enjoy our meal.

We stopped in for breakfast and were shocked to see that this was what appeared to be a defunct store with a few booths and a kitchen in the back. Wide open space in front with pulled up carpet. Very unappealing. Should have left. We sat in a booth and the waitress with a major attitude slammed the menus on... More

460 was recommended by a couple of locals so you know it is good. The wait staff creates a small town atmosphere when adds to the experience. Try the short stack of pancakes. It's only two pancakes but, wow, they almost cover the plate.

Have eaten breakfast here a couple of times. Think of it as the local waffle house in Highlands. And I mean that as a compliment. Good, inexpensive breakfast with attentive service. Certainly not fancy but definitely filling.

We went to the cafe 460 housed in the main street pharmacy. The breakfast was average. The short order cook did a good job n the breakfast eggs but they were not over easy. The good thing about the breakfast was the price - it was reasonable! The biggest complaint was the server - not very friendly or cheerful.

What a great breakfast! Cheyenne, my server, recommended the corned beef hash and I'm gonna tell you what son, it was awesome. Rye bread was fresh and the hash browns were crispy just like I asked. Mixed up with a couple of eggs over easy and it was just what I was looking for. I also took a bacon, egg... More
