I made reservations for Sunday Brunch. We were greeted by our hostess who escorted us to a table on the terrace overlooking the mountain side. Our waiter started us off with mimosa's to enjoy while we reviewed the menu. Our meal included salad, entree, and blueberry bread pudding. This was a wonderful way to start the week off with Sunday... More

We have stayed at skyline twice now! This place is very cozy and provides a wonderful mountain feel! The pet-friendly style was a huge help and they even provided a bed and good bowl!

Beautiful historic hotel atop 4300 ft high Flat Top Mountain with spectacular sunrise and sunset views. Just minutes from downtown Highlands, but without the traffic and noise. The service and food was amazing. All of this at a very reasonable price will bring us back to Skyline Lodge again soon.

Shhh! Don't tell anyone else because I want to be able to sit at my favorite table by the open window and feel the crisp mountain breeze as I sip the complimentary champagne during another Sunday brunch at Highlands best kept secret. Sunday's should include Skyline for you too, but only if you enjoy homemade breads and desserts, a nice... More

As we were leaving the Lodge to grab an anniversary dinner at "On The Veranda" a woman named Lou stopped us and said, "I know you aren't having dinner here tonight (too bad for you), but if you are back by 10PM, I will fix dessert for you." Turns out Lou was the "dessert chef" and the ex of the... More

Our family has owned property in Highlands for over three decades and over the years we have been to almost all restaurants listed -- plus some that are no longer in business. Skyline is the undiscovered jewel in the area with a great mountain setting and wonderful lodge and cabin ambiance. We have enjoyed quite a few dinners at Skyline... More

We ate Father's Day brunch here today. I must say that this was one of my best meals ever. I had Salad, Seafood Frittata, Cheese Grits, Bacon, and Bread Pudding for desert with never ending rounds of Mimosas. Every course was unique and delicious. The décor is very comfortable and spotless clean. Great bar with fireplace and piano for entertainment... More

On a recent weekend trip to Highlands we chose to stay at the Skyline Lodge. The people were very friendly and the facilities were nice and about what we expected for a lodge in the mountains. After a day walking around the shops in downtown Highlands we decided to head back to the lodge. We enjoyed some wine on our... More
