We have only eaten the pizza here a couple of times. But it wasn't for a lack of trying but being completely ignored when we walked into the restaurant. It appears that if you are a regular you get to go to the front of the line but if you're an unfamiliar face you better be patient. However when we... More

My son is a pizza lover, so every time we are in Highlands, we make sure we stop here so he can get his fix!

I've had many grinders from restaurants that are known for their excellent grinders. However, the grinder that I had from the Pizza Place of Highlands is probably the best grinder I've ever had. It was stacked with lots of meat, and the flavors were perfect. I did leave the mustard off, but the rest came as is. My wife got... More

We ordered 4 large pizzas to feed 18 people at a last minute get together on a lake outside of Highlands. The toppings were very fresh and the pizzas were very good except each pizza had a one inch ring of bare crust around it. It would be great if they could make the crust thinner and take the toppings... More

Great homemade salad dressing. Kid friendly, cold beer and good pizza parlor ambiance. Pizza was great as well. We will be back.

We had the calzone and the meat lover's pizza. The calzone was HUGE and loaded with cheese but I would have liked more spinach. It was like the spinach was just in one place and not evenly dispersed and there should have been more of it. It was still very good though. The meat lovers pizza was loaded with meat... More

At first the service was a little slow but it was worth the wait. The sauce was very good with an ample amount of cheese. Next time we would ask for the pie to be done a little more. 2 16 inch pies were enough for 6. Two of us had great salads, the Gorgonzola was especially good.

The pizza sauce and toppings were alright, if you like a real cheesy pizza, but the crust was pretty poor. My Gorgonzola salad was pretty good. Would we go back......no, not with all of the other choices. Our dinner was just a 5, on a scale of 1-10.

I have eaten at Pizza Place numerous times and it has been really good in the past and still is. But oh my goodness tonight I had the Mamma Mia Cranberry. I was looking for something a little different and it was described as an olive oil base with cranberries, pecans, gorgonzola cheese, and red onions. I added chicken cause... More
