My favorite restaurant in Highlands!!

Love this place! It was my third time dining here and it's really not to be missed if you're staying in the area. They have a fantastic wine list and always have an excellent selection of fish which you can have prepared in multiple ways. My husband had the Fred Flintstone veal chop that was amazing!

THE FOOD! Great wine selection. Service. Bread. Believe it or not, the fish is flown in daily. Itatian dishes stand back----they are so good.

The whole time I was dining at RP, I just couldn't shake the feeling that this wasn't a converted funeral parlor. From initial seating through the evenings check, I couldn't wait to not be there anymore. But just like the grieving evening, there is a certain amount of required time that needs to be spent. The ambiance is crowded, impersonal,... More

Arthur P, Owner at Ristorante Paoletti, responded to this review

In response to this review, it appears that we have a frustrated interior decorator masquerading for a seasoned and well-traveled gourmet, as he wants us all to believe. I question this diner's motives on eating out, to begin with while inaccurately and viciously describing our menu items and decor. This diner's viewpoint of our restaurant's atmosphere right from the onset... More

We go once a year--usually save it for special occasions. Only once did we have a bad experience when there were noisy toddlers at table next to us. Mgr responded to our concern, gave us a credit, & changed the restaurant's policy toward admitting children. They are very responsive. Great restaurant w/ excellent reputation.

This is our favorite restaurant in Highlands. We have dined here many times during it's 30 years in Highlands. The chicken picatta and the salmon were both the best we've ever had and the passion fruit sorbet sparkled in our mouths. The service was warm and welcoming. Cant wait to return.
