Great waiter, lamb to die for, loved it. Our waiter was funny and informative, he even made a hot toddy for an Irish friend of mine from her recipe. Drinks well made. I'd go back in a flash

Had a late lunch here. First visit. The restaurant was not busy. I ordered the corned beef and cabbage. The corned beef was tender and tasty, but a bit salty for my taste. The meal also included two small potatoes that were boiled. The potatoes had no real taste. The cabbage was not good. It was way undercooked and was... More

Shepherds pie and chicken pot pie were very good, large portions. Service was excellent. Worth checking out when in High Point.

Big variety of food from fish' n' chips to vegetable pasta and yes many cold beers. We started with onion soup and potato soup both excellent. Fish 'n' chips battered and fried to perfection with homemade coleslaw. The garlic mashed potatoes are a must, lumpy and delicious. Outside seating available, inside there are two different sides,a bar feel and a seat... More

Our stop here for lunch yesterday proved interesting and informative, with some mixed results on our meal choices. This place is a bit off center , location wise - located a block or so behind Biscuit Factory, near the intersection of Eastchester & N. Main, but rather hidden from view. The area is not particularly appealing, and they share a... More

On a furntiure-buying expediton to High Point, we asked the desk gal at our hotel where we could get a good burger. She recommended the Claddagh. The burger and beer were great, but there was so much else on the menu that looked wonderful that it was tough. Friendly efficient service, cozy atmosphere, crisp linen napkins and tablecloth...all in all... More

Went to lunch with two friends at Claddagh Bar & Restaurant in High Point. The minute we walked through the door we could smell the amazing aroma of fish and chips. The service was excellent and our meals lived up to the expectations we had based upon the tantalizing aromas. Will definitely make a return visit!

Traditional Irish fair is served and is pretty good. A little bit pricey, but worth the atmosphere. If you are looking for something quiet and quaint this is your place.
