On a furntiure-buying expediton to High Point, we asked the desk gal at our hotel where we could get a good burger. She recommended the Claddagh. The burger and beer were great, but there was so much else on the menu that looked wonderful that it was tough. Friendly efficient service, cozy atmosphere, crisp linen napkins and tablecloth...all in all... More

Went to lunch with two friends at Claddagh Bar & Restaurant in High Point. The minute we walked through the door we could smell the amazing aroma of fish and chips. The service was excellent and our meals lived up to the expectations we had based upon the tantalizing aromas. Will definitely make a return visit!

Traditional Irish fair is served and is pretty good. A little bit pricey, but worth the atmosphere. If you are looking for something quiet and quaint this is your place.

Second time for brunch. Last time had eggs Benedict and salmon Benedict. Today wife and I both had Traditional Irish breakfast with 2 puddings &2 meats plus eggs. Continue to think this chef is one of best in town. Excellent preparation and super service. Definitely a step above.

Great locals hangout in High Point. Variety of food selections from usual bar food to fine dining choices. Don't forget to try Irish dishes like Shepherds pie or Fish and Chips. Everyone is greeted by the very friendly owner, Denis, who wants to be sure you have the very best experience. Efficient waitstaff happy to serve you. You should give... More

The food here is always good. I love the chopped sirloin dinner. The fish and chips are always fresh and crispy. Did I mention they even know how to pour a Guinness? The decor is warm and inviting. It has the feel of a real Irish Pub. You are always greeted when you arrive with a smile and big hello.... More

I first went to the Claddagh in 2012 while visiting in North Carolina. Fell in love with it immediately. It's the best of both worlds. Half of it is a quaint Irish Pub/Bar & Grill theme with live music occasionally. The other side has candlelight and green linen on the tables. I've visited 3 times. Once to the bar side... More

Another beautiful dinner. My opinion is the chef is a super star with every plate beautiful presented. Service, atmosphere & food maybe best in the area. If you are looking for special occasion restaurant, look no further.

I love the Claddagh. There are plenty of great entrees and they have the British traditional fish and chips, Shepherd's pie, and bangers and mash. Having visited the UK twice, these are quite authentic. Upon entering, one is greeting by the Irish owner and seated immediately in a lovely room with very comfortable chairs, all done in Irish green. The... More
